BrickQuest ☠️ - A brick attack dungeon crawler!

Control is done via the mouse. * Click to start a dungeon room at the very beginning * When you finish beating a dungeon room you'll be taken to a screen that shows you the dungeon layout (as you know it). * Click on a grayed out room (an unexplored room) and continue traversing the dungeon!

To run the game (Windows)

Running the game on Windows should be as easy as unzipping the downloaded zip file, and running the BrickQuest.exe in the folder

To run the game (Linux)

Running the game on Linux is unfortunately a little harder. Download the BrickQuest.love in the link, then install Love2d at https://love2d.org/. Once Love2d is installed you can run love BrickQuest.love and the game will start!

If one likes breakout they might enjoy this. For me it became boring very fast. You should have added some music, would´ve helped a little!

It was a bit boring just playing breakout for a really long time, seeing as though the ball moved really slowly. Maybe you could speed it up for some extra spiciness? I also didn't understand why the aspect ratio had so much height in relation to its width. It needed more innovative game mechanics, or refined brick mechanics.

I think the rooms might be a bit too big. Finishing the dungeon with each room taking 5+ minutes is just not all that feasible. Also, now this is programmer art :wink:

Omg beating one room is looooong :laughing: !!!
It's a decent simple breakout.
