Tiny Planet by pixlhero

Hi there. I wanted to make a game where you are a tiny ship on a (very) small planet. So I decided to combine a trade-sim and bullet hell. A full on trade-sim didn't make it but you just have to collect golden crates and bring them back to an outpost (there are 3 outposts). You win when you traded in all the crates (there are 7 treasures). But there is no end game screen, so don't be suprised if nothing happens... Also watch out for the red explosives barrels lurking in the waters. If you bump into them they will explode and you will loose your treasure if you had any on board.

You can play the game right now on my website.

I made the models in blender, the sound FX in Bfxr and the rest in Unity. The music is Merchant by Edward Shallow

Love it! Especially the look if it, nice job on that. I've always wanted to do planet-based movement like this in Unity but could never figure it out.

I noticed that reverse steering is backwards from what you'd expect.

Super cool entry, and great job mixing themes! I like how the ship slides a bit, and doesn't stop on a dime. This made me plan my attack before sailing head-first into a bunch of barrels. The trade-sim aspect of it was pretty cool, and I really would like to see it more fleshed out. Graphics were also really solid! Nice touch with the sun going down too.
Great work!
