It took a playing a few times to figure out how to play. I was still doing something wrong though I think. Adding a health meter would help maybe.

I love the 2D/3D pixel art!!

Could have really benefited from an explanation about how to get coal. I'm sure I had to dig somewhere, but didn't know where to look to get coal. I was able to throw snowballs, but it didn't seem to help.

Elfs give you a coal. And you can't throw it away, because it is your gift

I wish i could bash the snowmen with the shovel. It would be satisfying to see their heads flying off (is something wrong with me? :D)

Too bad ennemis are really fast and digging is very slow because it could be great !
Throwing snowballs didn't help because they are too many of them :P !
I didn't found coil either.

I liked the graphics, the 2D characters are very funny and work for this game. It could maybe use a few tweaks to make it easier to understand how to play. For example, how do I get rid of coal? or can't I? Also, I found myself quickly surrounded by snowmen (terrifying btw :D) so I was just bashing mouse1 while walking backwards until I died. Maybe could be a bit easier in the beginning to give the player some time to learn how to play.

But in conclusion: nicely done, fun little game.

It took me awhile to figure out how to play as well. Can you pickup snowballs? Because they seem to spawn on a timer or something.

That's pretty fun idea but plays a little slow.

Also the snowball in the middle of the screen obstructing view - quite inconvinient.

Nice game, artwork was fun and I liked the christmas theme

I liked how you could shovel your own snowballs and the throw mechanic was clean.

My criticism would be the audio was abit underwhelming, the footsteps were loud and the snowballs didn't make a noise on contact of an enemy so I didn't know if I was doing damage or not :sob:

Overall though great idea, just needs abit more work in the audio department :yum:

I like this artwork, and nice bobbing effect on the walking.

Mad props for using snowmen in your game. (My main character of my game is a snowman hahahaha)

There might be a visual bug when I'm toggling fast between the shovel and the snowball, the image of the snowball remains in my face even though i'm using my shovel.

Otherwise, lovely game! Good job :)

That was pretty cool! I would recommend simplifying the controls on using the shovel and throwing snowballs, it seems as though this control scheme was intended to have more weapons/tools to use, but that did not make it in in the end?
Since it only ended up with either the shovel and snowballs, left click to throw snowballs and right click to shovel snow would have probably been best.

I liked the 2D graphics overlayed in the 3D world! However, the controls didn't seem too responsive, and I had a hard time getting the character to attack. Thanks for sharing.

Fun pitch ! I'm not a huge fan of Unity's first person controller so that's a little bummer :/

Nice, but I didn't know what to do or where to go.
Tutorial would have been nice.
