Thank you!!!
You can jump only missing one surface
Anyway, great entry, only missing the sound effects ! I first thought that I would hate the music but it totally fits to the game !
Congratulations ! I enjoyed it a lot. Don't know if it is a good score but here is my best one...

- when oponent 'marks' edge of level - you cannot stop him
- you cannot jump on diagonals :(
- sometimes enemies don't clear whole strip but leave some tiles
What i really liked:
- easy to understand concept
- well designed keyboard input (except when i had to klick with mouse "Try again" - this should be done with "x" or "space")
- well designed opponents when they stoped and wait a little bit to let you know that they will attack
I really enjoy it, and it is really addicting!
The music is great as well. Over all a very good game.
Fun stuff.
I am happy for the comments thank you very much
Hey I'm glad you liked the game
You can jump to go faster
Try it =)
At first I didn't really understand what the energy capsule did (sorry, I do not really read descriptions :) ). At fist I thought it did nothing. When I took it I heard nothing and saw nothing change (well, something changed: the text in the top left, but I did not see it). So a nice thing would have been some feedback (the same is for when you cut into the lines, even though I see the line disappeared, some audio feedback can't do any bad), such as a sound or (/and) the text scaling up and down, and changing to a color and back. Anyways, this is a pretty small thing to an otherwise good game. Great job!
The good:
- Pretty innovative, normally the space shrinking kind of games are pretty unoriginal but something about this makes it feels different good job.
- It was pretty intense trying to survive, it was fun.
The bad:
- The controls, IDK how this is for non-qwerty keyboards but Z/X are really close together I just find it difficult to use them well.
- Your game over screen really should have had a key to restart as well, if you think about your control scheme from game to that screen you're moving your hands off the keyboard and onto the mouse to restart.
The ugly:
- My Score, I didn't get any points, I thought it was bugged for a while and was just collecting the green things, energy is my high score ;)
I get why you chose Z and X, but I think it would have been better with Space to jump and something like E or L-Shift to use the special ability, as it would have left WASD to move too (and I have an AZERTY keybord so my Z and my W are switched).
But as I said, the concept is original, so if you wanna work more on this game post-jam, I'm sure it could turned really good! At the moment it needs balance and polishing but that a quite common thing to say for a game jam, it's okay! :D
Anyway, well done :)
Good work!
