But I don't see the cooking sim...
Other than that I didn't see the theme of 2 genres. It was just a platformer. However, I still enjoyed it and thought the platforming aspect was done well so awesome work :)
In conclusion ... nice graphics ... on point level design ... not overly repetitive and annoying soundtrack and a VERY fun game to play. Congratz!
Nice modeling and animation, and in general the game runs and feels pretty cosy.
Although I'm quite confused with your genre choice: you have a pack of cool 3D artists, your coder is handy with Unreal engine... and you decided to make a 2.5D platformer... are you serious?
Anyway, well done.
Quick tip to improve the platforming part: Making the gravity stronger than normal is an easy way to make the character feel less floaty. You could go even further and make it stronger only when falling down, like in Mario!
The physics were a little buggy, I found my self getting hit by bugs a little too often, and the music was a very short loop that grated after a little bit.
The cooking sim part of the game didn't seem to be there besides collecting the ingredients, but I couldn't think of any better way to do it.
Overall, good job!
Fun submission!
I just find that there are not two genres in this game. It's a platform, but I like the game environment.
I left my rating of your game, if you can leave your feedback in our game, Witch's Escape.
I hope you continue with the project.

But I'll surely leave ratings for the graphics, they look great!
