I like the concept and the execution is pretty good. The music really set a good atmosphere.\n\nI would have liked to see some sort of animation when you get a new card. It was hard to notice that they changed the first time until I started doing a back and forth dance.\n\nThe left\/right text being backwards through me off at first. Either I misunderstood, or your left is my right. :)\n\nOverall, well done and congrats for completing!","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"mat1er","author_uid":"1007709","time":"2018-04-23T16:35:35Z","epoch":1524501335,"modified":1524507334,"text":"Damn, I didn't even noticed left and right was not correct...\nI mean I can't even get them right in my mother tongue... Thank you for saying it, @jharler. I'm going to patch this when the LD end.\n\nI've also noticed the game wasn't finishable technically (the last card didn't get into the hand), I've corrected both problems. The source version is the original one, bug included.","likes":0,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"Colin Misbach","author_uid":"1076914","time":"2018-04-23T18:49:42Z","epoch":1524509382,"modified":1524509382,"text":"Love the idea!\n\nI wish it was more noticeable to see which was left or right. I had to pause what I was doing to see what cards I could actually use in the situation, when I just wanted to glance over them to immediately know what I had in my arsenal.\n\nI loved the amount of strategy that was involved. I had to really contemplate what I was getting myself into. The audio did a pretty good job at immersing me too.\n\nNice work!","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"Sabeurre","author_uid":"1078893","time":"2018-04-24T08:07:44Z","epoch":1524557264,"modified":1524557264,"text":"Interesting concept, a bit weird to have to refresh the deck pretty often, but nice game  ","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"foolmoron","author_uid":"1002602","time":"2018-04-24T22:01:57Z","epoch":1524607317,"modified":1524607317,"text":"Really cool concept with some nice puzzles. To be fair though, this Ludum Dare's theme encouraged that. For example - you hover something with mouse and it highlights etc. Also - I would add checkpoint at every scene because it is boring when you have to go through same level every time :D Pretty nice entry overall :D ","likes":2,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"arche-san","author_uid":"1092122","time":"2018-04-28T20:50:49Z","epoch":1524948649,"modified":1524948649,"text":"A very good idea with good execution! It's time consuming  \nMaybe there is a way to make it more accessible to use.\nI didn't finished the game because it was taking to much time and it required to make action (i mean clicking on the mouse) in vacuum hoping to get the right move. I think optimising hands could be nice.","likes":1,"format":"md"}],"format":"md","images":["ld41\/86060-e75b043b9b0fd138cb02f20fd5c3220f.bmp"],"links":[{"url":"https:\/\/mat1er.itch.io\/pix-eliz-2","text":"Windows"}],"metadata":{"g_key":"40184","g_author":"1007709","g_event":"LD41","g_eventkey":"72","g_subevent":"COMPO","g_urlkey":"223118","g_title":"Pix Eliz Great Curse of the Cards","g_status":"USEAR3","g_place":"586","g_commentcount":"14","g_site2_node_id":"86060","g_hide":"N","g_has_icon":"Y","g_rqueue":"0","g_random":"0"},"nds":{"n_key":"86060","n_urlkey":"223118","n_parent":"73256","n_path":"\/events\/ludum-dare\/41\/pix-eliz-great-curse-of-the-cards","n_slug":"pix-eliz-great-curse-of-the-ca","n_type":"item","n_subtype":"game","n_subsubtype":"compo","n_author":"7709","n_created":"1524291611","n_modified":"1524507731","n_version":"255472","n_status":"COMMIT"},"node":{"id":86060,"parent":73256,"superparent":9,"author":7709,"type":"item","subtype":"game","subsubtype":"compo","published":"2018-04-22T20:51:46Z","created":"2018-04-21T06:20:11Z","modified":"2018-04-23T18:22:11Z","version":255472,"slug":"pix-eliz-great-curse-of-the-cards","name":"Pix Eliz Great Curse of the Cards","body":"The great adventurer Pix Eliz is back, and it's less buggy than the previous game! \n\n(which can be found here http:\/\/ludumdare.com\/compo\/ludum-dare-36\/?action=preview&uid=20749)\n\nShe got curse in an unknown way, and now she can only move using cards!\n\nThis game contains: \n\n-More than 7 different rooms!\n\n-More than 10 different cards!\n\n-2 endings!\n\n-Censored nudity!\n\n-Pix Eliz for the first time without her hat!\n\n-I've got nothing more to say!\n\nMusic from Ivy Fae and another from YD\n\n\n![Picture2.jpg](\/\/\/raw\/d1e\/1\/z\/1038d.jpg)\n\n\nThe windows version had two bug corrected: the two \"*spoiler* lift\" cards where corrected: they didn't got into the deck pool well and the game was impossible to finish, and the left and right words on the cards were corrected (it comes more from a translation difficulty I had than from the development than from lack of times or somethings, that's why I allowed myself to correct it).
