I made it 21 weeks, with about 550 in income. Once I figured out that I should click on the house that was in a good position and then hover over the options to see the highlights around it, the game became much easier. Before that, I was mousing around trying to remember who wanted what, and it was too hard. Theme is a stretch, could just be $$, but who cares. Then the answer is no, but it could be an idea for a post version of the game. You are clearly not the only one who don't like the games randomness. The idea with the randomness is to make challenge different from one round to the next round. Even with the randomness I have in my test of the game, seen that it in most cases it is possible to survive from about 18 to 25 weeks with a good strategy.
