Grenade Golf by pickledbrain

Golf games usually include staring at a lovely golf course and listening to the birds. I wanted more explosions...and robots!

I found an advantageous position!
There is not a whole lot to this game, but it looks quite clean and pleasing. And sometimes you dont need a whole lot to have fun for a couple of minutes, you only need some grenade golfing.
The texts were not working for me, even with Mac client.
Great work!
The visuals and audio could use more content, maybe add some music, and make the player more than just a default capsule.
The UI and grenade shooting indicators all looks really good though!
A few things that called my attention:
- Tank bullets make curves. That felt weird
- Being an actual golf hole made me try to hit it several times until I noticed there was no points for it. Or there's an use for it that I didn't get?
- Power gauge is the same for long and short shots. I would have expected a nearer marker for shorter shots.
Excellent work!!
I've rated a few 'danger zone' games now and I detect a running theme. "Granade Golf" has a great idea that probably would've been among the top-rated games had you managed to polish it just a tiny bit more. The core gameplay is fun and tight but the game could use some music, maybe some more animations, a player model and like a touch more complexity. Still, it's a pretty good entry and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with it!
