Link worked for me :)

Nice idea, smoooth implementation. Little fast for me, but maybe I'm slow. Not sure how incompatible the genres where, but maybe that's because your game combined them

Love the game, addicting and a great mix of incompatible genres. Nice job!

Haha this game is great.

I did find the car speed a bit too fast, and the timer duration a bit too short though. Right now it feels like trying to dodge obstacles is too much of a time loss to even try to care about them.

Overall though, awesome concept and nicely done!

Nice music, and nice tech for PCG. I found it a little hard to control, felt like it was full speed or stopped.

Really fun concept! had fun for quite a bit. would be nice if gold was a bit bigger so it wouldnt feel awkward trying to grab it.. or maybe having small magnet-like function but nevertheless still a great entry!

I wish turn speed and timer extension were powerups

@foolmoron they were actually the exact two upgrades I had at the top of my to do list when the jam ended, I'm gonna return to the game in a little bit so they should be in the next version :)

@theBOSS12 that's really strange, that comes with the C++ redistributable that should be installed on any windows PC. You might want to install/reinstall the redistributables - they're needed for a lot more than just my game.

Nicely done ! The random levels are coherent (and fit the clock !) and the difficulty curve is okay, while the various ennemies provide a nice variety of challenges. I just felt like the car was quite hard to control (maybe having it rotate with the mouse would have made the game easier ?). On the other hand, the graphics are clean, and the music does its job. Overall, nice work !

That was really fun! Awesome job creating this without an engine, I know how hard can that be in the timeframe of LD.

This was rad! visually everything was really cool to look at and made sense. Gameplay wise, the car drove just like I expected it too, which was great. I feel as there wasn't as much gold as there should have been? it was hard to afford upgrades. a lot of levels had no cash, but lots of traps and enemies.
Lots of cool details here. Really great work for the 48 hour compo! Keep it up!

That little car is really hard to control, and I don't understand why I kept dying without any obvious reason.
The idea however is certainly cool (and so is the music), and it's quite a nice touch you leave this trail behind you. I can only imagine what went into the level generation, and there seems to be quite a variety of obstacles and enemies from what I can tell so far.
Great effort, and props for using C++. :)

@shellfish-games the random deaths will be you running out of time (if the clock in the top right hits zero you die), I just realised this isn't actually explained anywhere and the death message is the same as any other death so sorry for the confusion and thanks for the feedback!

Pretty cool! Only complaint is that the gold rate seems really random (can go a few levels without seeing any), and it would be a little better if the camera was zoomed out more. Other than that, pretty fun!
