Speedy GOO-zales 3D by kristoverek
Speedy GOO-zales 3D is a game based on another entry from LD33 with very similar name. http://ludumdare.com/compo/ludum-dare-33/?action=preview&uid=49759
The game was made almost entirely by me (with exception of background music and of course idea itself) within ~48 hours in Godot engine, GIMP and blender. Sound effects and bgms are taken from public domain sources.
Some useful tips: - game has 2 modes: story (you have to catch your dinner) and speed (sanic simulator) - pressing esc while playing will return you to menu - you can change lanes with up and down arrows!

I have to admit sanic mode had me hooked for a while lol, nice game, also made with godot, I usualy hear about godot a lot but never see any games made in it, so that's cool, can't wait to see your future work if you participate again!

@notpresident35 Thank you, opengameart.org has a lot of public domain assets. That's usually my go-to site.

"GOTTA GO FASTER FASTER, OH GOD STOP GOING FAST" - Me discovering Sanic mode, This is a game for iPhone and just to waste time, and I mean that in the best possible way. The graphic are crude but effective and the music is jamming. The gameplay is the real meat of this game and it's fun.

That's a fun game, it's so upsetting to see your dinner outrun you AND take all the speed-ups!
