Plays really well and I love the art style

Only issue was that quest announcement was too hard to read with the background color

The music was really good. I think the theme should have been integrated a little bit more but it was a fun game.

GTA meets Hotline Miami :D I liked it.

There was too much unnecessary (and hard to read) text for my taste.

Good job!

Really well done, I loved the art and graphics and the game was fun to play. I liked how there are quests to give you some direction. The theme isn't very clear, though.

Small bug: you can get the shotgun even if you have no money. The shopkeeper tells you "no money no deal" but you get it anyway.

I had a lot of fun with this. I agree with @Tabass that I didn't really feel the theme integration (I know you said it was subtle), but it was still a fun game.

The only thing that I never figured out was how weapon switching worked (if at all). I bought the shotgun and enjoyed using it, but then I picked up the boss's Uzi and couldn't figure out how to switch back.

nice and fun, I like the "Mission" system, and I think it could be expandes, the quantity of enemies when you has money should be more, anyways. Nice game, simple and clear. I love to see the bandits spins when they die xD

The big boss seemed to disappear part way through (after I died and retried) so I couldn't complete my mission to turn him into salsa like the rest of his gang. That being said, this was really enjoyable. Yes, the text was a little difficult to read, but I thought that the music worked very well.

Nice game. As you said, I didn't notice the theme implementation till I read the game page. In some cases, I can keep my distance and shoot enemies till dead without them noticing even after being shot. Overall, I had a lot of fun.

I really like the consistent art style and music, it really brings the game together and livens up the setting. As other people are saying the theme would be more apparent if more enemies spawned when you have money, not just more enemies noticing you. Also, it would be relatively easy to limit the camera, so you can't
see over the edges of the map (which is a little immersion breaking). Overall the game was well made though and movement is fluid and fun. I enjoyed it. :)

Fun game to play, would definitely play again. It would be interesting to expand it and see more weapons and locations added.

Fun game, solid gameplay and although it's a subtle interpretation of the theme, it's a nice way of doing it. Nice pixel art to go with it, too.

Nice GTA-like shooter. Love the possibilities of buying guns etc. However, how is the game related to the theme? Nice, anyways.

Simple but well executed. Wish the audio mixing was better, I find the music to be a little too loud compared to other sounds in the game. Other than that good work.

I like this kind of game, it was simple but still enjoyable. The wall collisions were a bit sticky, and it made the indoor fights frustrating at times. I liked the music and the overall atmosphere. Good job on your game!

Fun little game overall! Could maybe do with some Unity navmeshing to help with the AI movement though :)

Well done! This felt really complete with nice art, gameplay, sounds/music, and a story with missions! It was about the right length too. I got sucked in and and enjoyed it.

I did encounter one issue. I got stuck in this corner here and had to reload the game:

It was worth reloading and starting over though! Difficulty was on point, except maybe the final boss who wasn't shooting back at me. And I appreciated the "I got hit" sound effect which wasn't annoying at all, but was totally distinct from the others and really let me know. I was worried enough about the enemies to be careful, and the money-safe mechanic was nice because it put some consequences to dying. I completed the game with $274 in savings for my retirement. Nice entry.

Pretty solid top-down shooter, I liked that it included a money system, as well as a gun shop and a few quests. Decent pixel graphics, UI could use some improvement. The music was fitting and there were sound effects for most events but the guns sounded a bit lame. A clicking sound effect when you're out of ammo would be a good addition.

Having to reactivate the quest when you die is a bit annoying. Otherwise, it was fun to play and I did get some Hotline Miami vibes, which is always good. It didn't make much use of the theme; I know the enemies notice you from further away but you didn't get a sense of that when playing. Maybe if the money was more important to gameplay, then the player would feel more protective of it and thus more fearful of enemies when trying to get back to the safe.
