The Story

Welcome to the Blimpy Kingdom!

Little Karl the Limper always wanted to know what's up there high in the sky...

Today, he's finally got the means to get there - a new shiny blimp that he has no idea how to pilot!

Here's the catch - YOU do. Or, at least you said so. Are you worthy?

Anyway, good luck piloting the balloon, and have fun!

Controls

Click - That's all that you're gonna need.

Click to get the blimp up

Click to avoid the obstacles (yeah, the sky has plenty of those)

Click to pick things up and buy stuff

Click to restart the game, too

Pro Tip: It's not a very good idea to mix the air balloon with the spikes. Try some green fuel barrels instead, should do better.

How is that connected to the theme?

It’s needless to say that the fuel is life in this world.

No fuel = no flight.

Guess what? The fuel is also the currency!

Check out those little air shops that offer you protection in exchange for some fuel.

Thus, you have a hard choice - either you have to risk your life with spikes or your fuel tank with draught...

Nice arcade game. Like other players, I really enjoyed how simple the mechanic was, and the elegant take on the theme.

Pros :
- Simple mechanic, would be great for mobile.
- Clean, polished graphics
- A small addition that means a lot : the previous score indication.

Cons :
- I did not find the tutorial drawing that clear compared to plain old text. However, I understand that you might need them, should you release the game on the world-reaching mobile app store.
- Fade-in/Fade-out timing difficult to anticipate

Nice job! I really like how cohesive this is. The tutorials were a nice touch, but without knowing the iconography, I didn't really know what it mean.

You kept the game simple and that is nice! I have nothing to complain about; graphics are pleasing to the eye, the music fits... Maybe it doesn´t fit the theme very well but it´s still a great game.

the game is extremely fun and provides decent challenge which makes me want to keep retrying. a simple one click mechanic still so much to it! great job! the only thing missing was the relevance to the theme, yet i shall say again, the game is fun to play

The simplicity of this game makes me want to get higher and higher. Simple art and commands. As it is said here in Brazil: "Less is more". Great idea. A great game for mobile.
