However I would like to suggest the idea that whenever you spawn a collectible, its height should be in respect to the previously spawned collectible so that the player will always have a chance of collecting. Currently sometimes the consecutive collectibles spawn at the extremes of the screen which are not possible to collect and if that happens twice, the player losses which makes the game more based on luck then skills. Overall it's a decent game :) Good job. The pixel art is very crisp and I really like the background. Definitely makes for some good atmosphere. The music is also really good and fits the game well. The gameplay is simple, but competent. I like the idea of being able to slow yourself down manually, but not being able to strafe while doing so makes it pretty much useless. Also, it's quite difficult to actually run out of power because of how easy it is to get the batteries and how short the timer is. Maybe some obstacles which could take away more power would add some much needed tension to the game. Despite these issues, the game doesn't overstay it's welcome and is very competently put together.
