Good game! the mechanics are easy to learn and the game could be adapted to mobile. It's hard to play but when you do a good run it gives you a lot of satisfaction.

Interesting, I noticed a few bugs with the graphics, but nothing that affects the gameplay. It is a fun game and I like the graphics.

I really liked this one! I like how the larger sizes cause you to go much slower until you're finally being pushed by the current. My only real criticism is that I wish the transformation were gradual, with gradual changes in size and speed, instead of having different "states" for the sprite.

It might seem tough to get that many sprites together, but graphically speaking, if you can find something that'll let you draw an ellipse then that should do the trick. Just change the minor axis appropriately as you inflate or deflate, then draw the fin and eyes onto the shape you get.

And I know I'm probably sounding like a broken record - "This game could use sound!" - but this game could use sound.

Fun, simple mechanic though! I really like the idea behind this one.

One last note: it would've been nice if the fact that there's a current were represented visually. Maybe little bubbles and speed-lines going to the left or something, with little aquatic plants swaying in the direction of the current for extra credit.

It took me a few tries to understand the mechanics, but then I got it. Pretty fun!

I loved it! Simple, but fun. The art is very cool and the mechanics of change, according to how deep you are, fits well with the Theme.

Have you considered release it to Play Store?

Great job Sabina! :D

Fun to see a construct 2 fan here on ld! Had some good times with that engine =)

This game could have had a difficulty curve though. Got kind of tedious after a while. Otherwise, nice little game!

Hope you had fun making it =)

Hi, nice game ! We're realizing a video with several games of the Ludum Dare #35.
Can you add your game on indiexpo.net ? (it's free)
So we can include also your game in the video ;)
p.s. write #LDJAM in the game's description

Nice game!I like the way you applied the theme to modify the classic mechanics of the side-scrolling. By the way, the fish is cool, I want to see it animated !

Thank you all for the comments! There are a lot of things i would have wanted to upgrade during the making of the game, like the gradual transformation of the fish size and behaviour, animations and adding a curve to increase dificulty, but it was all i managed with the time i had, hope to do better next time!

Very cool! I liked the incorporation of depth/size/physical change along with speed change! Great, simple, complete and solid game ^_^

I think some background music and/or sound effects would be a great addition to the game. Gameplay was simple but not too punishing which kept me trying again. Nice use of the theme.

Congratulations on your game. It has very interesting mechanics. The first time I played I didn't read the instructions so I did not know that if you stayed on top you will die. After that I learned how to play and enjoyed it :).

I think the mechanic of going down to go faster is very interesting, also that the plants in the bottom make you go up again.

Congratulations on your game and thank you for playing ours :D

Not bad. Kept locking up on me after two plays. Graphics were good, sound would have been nice. A bit difficult but fit the theme nicely

The game feels buggy, I think it needs some more polishing. It has a potential.

Cool little game, funny and addictive. Maybe I would quit colliders on the plants, but just an opinion, the game is good overall!

It took me a while to get used to the game mechanic, but it's really nice and challenging once you get used to it! :)

I liked the graphic style and how you handled the theme by using a pufferfish and a mechanic based on how inflated he is and the depth of the sea. :D

Great job, congratz! And make it a full mobile release! XD (I'd get it! :P)

of course, the graphic is well done!

Nice entry :) It's fun, and control is simple so it could work well on a mobile platform. I found it a bit unbalanced though. I don't know exactly why. Plants are so big and sometimes is impossible to move forward as the black objects keep spawning.

This was a fun game! I really liked the idea that you go faster when you are lower. It took me a little while to realize that the reefs at the bottom would push me back, but that might just be a small visual thing. Also I think when you are big, it should just push you back towards the left of the screen, and not push you back score wise because that didn't feel fun. Otherwise the game was really cool! Great work. :)
