I love this game, the concepts good, it plays well and its just so fun!

I really liked it! It was fun and I was actually looking forward to other levels. Very good job.
The theme is nicely implemented and the moment when the guards see you and you panic-putt yourself is unique and priceless. =)

I like this one. Its a shame there was no sound

Great concept ! I agree that adding sound would add more depth.

Cool mix, I can see a lot variety and types of 'hazards' added to each hole. The quotes at the end of the holes are a fun addition.

This was a lot of fun! Graphics were nice, and gameplay was engrossing! However, as someone else said, I wish that there was sound.

Hey @literallyjosh The ranking refers to the par for the course, if you're under par for both time AND shots, it's A+ If you're under time OR shots, it's B or C. And if you're over par for both it's D.
Yeah I wish I had time for the sound.
I mean uumm, it's just so quiet, it's THAT STEALTHY.

That was very fun, great idea too. Not sure about the scoring - does 'Par - time 0:2' mean the player should do the hole in 2 seconds?

Woaw, that's a very fun game! The golf+stealth mix is very fun to play, it's a delicate balance between precise aim / panic shot when you're detected!

I really love the mood / humor too, those score screens with quotes are hilarious.

I'm only asking for one thing: more levels! :)

You should definitively keep working on the game. With improved graphics, some sounds, and more levels, it would make a perfect mobile game.

@bcvery1 Yeah it's minutes and seconds.
A bit of an error was to start the time before the player has made the first shot, so the timing can be a little unfair, because the player is still analyzing the level. :P

I was thinking of procedurally generating the levels too.

Absolutely LOVED the concept. That's the biggest pro for me. Enemies were a bit dumb and the game was a bit easy

Great! I liked how I actually finished it, instead of it going on forever. That's worth something in jam games! The genres work together really well. Are you going to continue work on it? Followed you on itch regardless.

Only issue I had was I could full-speed panic through a guard and not die.

Interesting idea and it works very well, its a very easy game to get into very straight forward but still challenging. I like the way you implemented the aiming and power mechanic, it felt very polished.

Liked this game a lot! When you get caught in those FOVs, the stress is on to get out and all strategy goes out the window, clicking like crazy lol. I agree sound would be nice, but I realize this was a compo game and time is limited. Would love to play a longer version. :) Maybe add in a few more of those neat quotes between levels! Great job!

Thought this was a very fun game! I thought that some of the par strokes and times were too difficult to actually achieve, and sometimes the ball moved in unanticipated ways, but hey its pretty darn good for a compo game! Concept overall is very unique so props for that, although I felt that the enemy guards were too easy to get around for the most part. Congratulations on making a game in 48 hours!

Wow, I actually really liked this! The physics and controls were all easy and intuitive, and the game was really fun. The stealth mechanics combined with golf made a lot of sense as well, and this was a great combination. Amazing job!

Let's just say I didn't get the punch line. Mini Golf with stealth seems like an interesting idea, but ranking each floor on time is a little bit too excessive. Furthermore, muddled pixel art, blend art style and no other mechanics/interaction for what is essencially a puzzle game for touchscreens just didn't make it for me.

Good idea, lackluster execution.

@willowblade thanks! I had the opportunity to make like 20 levels but ultimately I think 5 proves the concept well enough, and the same enemies after 5 levels is a bit repeditive. Thanks for the follow

@HagamosVideojuegos Yeah it's possible, just very hard because of the time limitation.
The par is easy enough to be under, but the time per course is very tough, but still possible.
If you are under par but over time, it's a B rank.

Congratz for your first ludum dare entry, starting with compo mode is hard and you did well! Cool concept, good matchup of gameplays & very pleasant experience overally, keep up the good work :thumbsup:

Cool game! I think that just adding some simple sound effects would add a lot to the experience. Some screenshake and particle effects would be cool as well. I strongly disagree with the graphics being bad. It's a compo game and the graphics and style of the game is consistent and achieves its purpose. A solid entry! Well done!

Good idea, the gameplay works very well. It was a bit hard to be precise with the ball size. I found a bit counter intuitive to have the visual of the throwing line in the opposite direction of where you pull the mouse. Also it feels closer to pool than golf. Anyway, I had fun playing the game, good job !

Short, but relatively fun for the (limited) amount of content there is. Nice job on your first entry.

I feel sheepish about how much trouble I had with this, haha. (In my defense, I'm playing on a laptop.) Great ambiance, it really feels stylistically coherent even over just a few screens.
