It's a simple shooter, there's nothing much to say. But it's fun to play it for a while, the shooting gameplay is easy to grasp, and I have to say, the planet physic is pretty robust. There's some good ideas in your game, that's why I think this deseve a more complete version.

I liked the jumping between planets. The music got redundant but the rifle shot sounds were nice. Didn't seem like I could get hurt. Good ideas just needs a lot more time to flesh them out.

Cute game, needs a bit of polish. It is fun and smooth to play. GJ and keep on developing!

It was kinda fun to play because of the planets, but on the other hand those planets made some things less intuitive, for example why bullets were flying away from the planet when the gravity should keep them near the planet? That made shooting enemies much harder because bullets were flying away in a straight line, missing enemies that are a little bit away from the character. Also those enemies doesn't kill us. And controls are hard to use to be honest, why didn't you add arrows for an optimal use on keyboard? That shouldn't be that hard. Still, the game has some potential; if it was polished a little more, it would be much more fun to play.

Simple, but fun little game. The music is great. There are a lot of things to polish, but it is fun to play for a while

@dk5000p Thank you! The reason you cant die because the main goal is to keep the planets alive
Maybe for a better experience I could add death just for to have respawning time because that would make it harder a little bit.

@tiar Thanks! First for the controls: I haven't think about arrows, on my keyboard they too small for playing with them, but I will fix it then

Give me some polishing tips, what things should be polished?

@jmarkohun You can make the game more appealing visually, by making a nice background and one or multiple sprites for the planet for example. Also, shooting feels a bit weird now, because the planet is very small and the bullets fly in a straight line; because of this you have to walk very close to the zombies to hit them. Also, I feel like the balancing of the weapons could be a little bit better. This is also partially caused because of the bullets going in a straight line; i just feel like the crow bar is a bit overpowered. Another thing I noticed was that after playing for a while, there weren't any planets near me anymore where I could jump to. I don't know if it is part of the game, but it felt weird that one of the big mechanics, which made the game more interesting, couldn't be used anymore. Stuff like this could really improve the replayability of your game in my opinion

Planets are dying so yes, after a period of time the zombies gone kill them, that's why you have to jump to other planets and save them as well

I already fixed the bullets moving issue, I only put some color for the background, what kind of multiple sprites for the planet? Anyway, yeah, the inside of the planets are empty, I will put some extra grass on there or something

Thank you for the ideas and tips
I appreciate it so much!

Nice game. The switching planets mechanic made my head dizzy after a while. The game was solid and very intuitive. The weapon sounds did not sound like a gun. I really liked it when those planets exploded, but I am not sure if that was the goal. Nice game overall!

@sam-minh Thanks for the positive reply! Yes, the kinda unfinished because the only goal would be to try last as long as possible and set a highscore. I added this little thing but I dont wanna upload that version because I added some other minor features (saving it and etc) so it would be bit unfair
Yes the sounds just downloaded randomly, it just to give some mood for the gameplay (even I feel that the music is awful a bit..)

I hope next time I will use more of time (because now I only spent ~20hour of making it) to polish my game more

At least it feels good that it doesn't s*cks :d

The planet jumping was interesting, and it was kinda fun to jump between those planets. But at the same time, the swapping between planets felt a bit slow and disorientating; and because the planets were so small, the shooting felt a bit off as well. But I still had some fun and liked the simple art style. Good job

I had fun trying to save all the planets. After I lost the one in the middle I could only access two. Protecting those was easy as there were many item drops and not that many enemies. I liked the sound effects and planet jumping works very well. Good job and I hope to see more of your games in future LDs.

@vatigo Thanks! Right now I started somekind of One month/game challange for myself. I haven't done anything much for the current project YET but I'm on it and this just gave me the motivation!

A great start to a game, it was a little cheesy but with a bit of polishing it could be great :)
