I am not sure about how it combines two genres - it is pretty much all forest-sim, with no real fighting, and I am not sure whether I'd consider Serious Game a genre. But it's a foundation. I agree with @borodar regarding the repetitiveness. Some kind of evolution in gameplay would have been nice.\n\nThe art is basic but nice. It reminds me of some very old tiles I made back in the early 2000's on my Amiga for an isometric pirate game, so I have warm and fuzzy nostalgic feelings right now. \ud83d\ude03 Because it's isometric, I couldn't really see what was happening on some tiles hidden behind tall trees at one point, however.\n\nNice work!","likes":3,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"krunoslav","author_uid":"1013466","time":"2018-04-28T15:08:22Z","epoch":1524928102,"modified":1524928102,"text":"@borodar, thanks. I thought the Simcity graphics throwback was awesome, haven't seen that in a while. The gameplay was tough to figure out. I understood the idea of using mature trees as a foundation to fight off growth but I still had trouble in the later portions of the game understanding how to improve, and I'd just place trees where it seemed to fit. A few more mechanics could make this really worthwhile in terms of environmental effects, but there's something to be said about the simplicity of its message currently :)","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"mambojambo","author_uid":"1059274","time":"2018-05-10T21:43:47Z","epoch":1525988627,"modified":1525988627,"text":"Simplistic yet fun idea!
