The art style and the music is really good in this game. The gameplay idea is interesting, and it fits the jam theme very well. The Rhythm movement made the game field like a low fps game, and for me it made the game hard to look at. Overall a pretty good LD game. Well done.

The game concept is intriguing and I like the music, although the gameplay felt a little laggy since there is no "transition animations" (i.e. animations of objects going from place A to B), if you get what I mean.

As jk5000 mentioned, the game can feel a little stuttery between "turns", which feels a little disorienting. Perhaps simply having things move a few pixels around their position could help keep things feeling like they're moving. That aside, the core gameplay still works quite well. Having distinct patterns for different enemy types was a nice element, and helped give the game a strategic feel.

It's pretty good; The first level's tempo felt low, but once it picked up after the first level it was fun! The enemy movement and shooting patterns also come out alot more clearer when the tempo is faster.

Love the rhythm games, this one did not disappoint. The art, music and gameplay was awesome, the theme was a bit of a stretch but still very solid.

Concept is cool. I know it's rythmic game but for the first time I thought it just very laggy. And it still gives this feeling of lagging. Music and art is so relaxing although. Really interesting entry. Good job anyway!

Fun concept, the execution needs a bit of a polish. Was quite yanky to play.

Cool concept, reminds me of Crypt of the NecroDancer. Definitely could be smoothed out a little bit in terms of controls, but nice job!

The jerky movement made this a little hard to play, but the biggest deficit for me was not being able to aim the shots at all. The enemy movement was really unpredictable. It also would have been nice to be able to turn around, but I'm fine how it is. Complaints aside, this game is a nice and neat little package with a cool concept and fun gameplay.

A very neat concept! Unfortunately, I think since the objects only moved to the beat, it felt a bit choppy and slow. I think having idle animations could help a little with the choppy feel of the game (but I guess the choppiness could also just be the movement-- I'm not sure, though). All around, though, it's pretty neat!

A fun and interesting little entry. It was super fun to play through, and I didn't stop until I beat the game on both normal and hard difficulty! Although, it did feel a little choppy. The way that every asset moves with the rhythm made the game seem almost laggy in a way. Also, I found that in many cases, killing enemies is not necessary, and if you aren't killing enemies, there's not much to do other than just wait. The concept of having a rhythm-based shooter is super innovative and made for a genuinely enjoyable experience. It definitely succeeded in incorporating the theme, and went a little bit above and beyond by having life also be ammo (it's not an uncommon trope, my game uses it as well as others, but I find that it works well and makes for interesting gameplay) The graphics are great and when put together they created a cutesy world with almost a hand-drawn aesthetic that was delightful to play through! I really liked the music that you used, but at times I wished that it would have a faster beat, as the gameplay feels a bit slow at times. Overall, well done! A solid 4-stars from me!
