Hey there, maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the game seems to be zoomed in a lot (the bullet UI or score is only partially visible and very large). I also dont know how to get past the intro part? I'm stuck at the button explaination.

Would love to give it a better try.

You have to manually zoom out of the browser window sorry about that.

I have to admit the game was fun to play but I didn't really get what I had to do, and I felt like the enemies were too hard to beat at stage 3 and sometimes blocked me so I coudln't even move. Cute little pixel art game though!

Try looking for a different weapon in a chest somewhere. But beware some chests are mimics. Thanks for playing my game guys it really helps.

It was hard to play with these controls. I mean I thought it'll be played like Binding of Isaac. But no. Most of the time I was trying to remember how my character must move when I press "W".

Sorry about the controls their too complex and when the character is backwards the strafe buttons are backwards. Thanks for the feedback.

The gameplay itself is really nice. The controls are a bit weird but are okay once you get used to them. One time I got insta killed by a crate though, that felt a bit unfair ^^

Nothing that can't be tweaked though. Overall a pretty good game.

Oooof, brutal learning curve on the controls. Lots of replayability though as you learn what things you should and shouldn't touch!

I agree the controls ended up way harder than what I was hoping for. Their are two chests in stage four one is a mimic and one holds a shotgun, the shotgun makes the game way easier. I am sorry about the controls.

Pros:
- Good pixel art!
- Really awesome music!
- Smooth Aiming

Cons:
- Player needs more HP, It's really hard lol.
- I feel like the WSAD movement should have been global, not local to the player rotation.
- Kinda strange that you have to zoom the web window out to see the full game...

I enjoyed the game but the movement controls were really annoying. Good job overall.

I liked the game, but the movement is a big drawback. Not being able to have two movement buttons in at once as well as i think W shouldnt be forwards in a top down shooter, but rather it should always be up etc. At least in my opinion. Other than that, good interesting game!

I had fun playing this, but the movement is kind of wonky. When I tried to strafe left he went right and vice versa. The roguelike elements were pretty cool and would love to see more. I thought it was pretty neat that when you shot your score dropped, that gave it kind of an old school vibe. Adding voice to the game was a really nice touch.

As mentioned above, I had a really difficult time with the controls at points. It honestly wouldn't be too much of an issue, however, I felt the enemies were often too close to the player between rooms, and if you weren't aware of how your player changed locations compared to where the mouse was last, you would walk straight into enemies, get stuck, and die. Would have preferred if movement was stuck to WASD and player direction was mouse oriented.

Game if definitely difficult, but with the Roguelite vibe you were going for, that fit well. I didn't get the sacrifice vibe too strongly, I did like how points were subtracted while you shot, and that you couldn't have multiple weapons, however, a swap from handgun to shotgun doesn't seem like too much of a sacrifice.

Those comments aside, I enjoyed the overall feel of the game. It was pretty fun to walk around shooting skele-TONS. The music was well done, and I appreciated the touch of adding an arcade-like voice announcing your rank when you died.

Well done. :rocket:

Edit: I REALLY liked how enemy death would leave a little skele-TON head.

Thanks for the feedback I should update it and make a separate version with better controls.
