Sound effects and music would definitely improve the experience a lot. I would suggest using the same button to pick up fuckos \/ your gun. Perhaps some additional mechanic, like the more fuckos you carry the lower you can jump can add a little bit of puzzle inside the levels. I do wish the gun had more bite to it though, once the enemies pile up it becomes pretty tough to survive. I also encountered some weird collisions where I kept getting stuck walking against a wall trying to jump. No biggie though. I agree with those above that sound effects would help, sometimes I wasn't sure if I was hit or not. Maybe for a later build. All in all I had fun! Sounds more logic to me.
