Meteor Mojo by MoseGames

[raw]
made by MoseGames for LD 40 (COMPO)

Meteor Mojo is a game where you press the 'a and d' or right and left arrow keys to move around your meteor. As asteroids fall on to your meteor, you must put up the gun and shoot the asteroids. You must shoot directly at the meteor. Your mouse much is touching the image. Other than that, I hope you have a fun time releasing your inner mojo. This game was made with the help of LOVE 2D, The Blender Foundation, and TannerRogalsky's LOVE web port.

OH. MY. GOD. Such beauty has never graced my eyes, except for my game. The art is glorious in yours too. 20/10, says IGN.

Seems ok overall, maybe graphical feedback when you shoot would be a good idea and some kind of counter/timer (you can get creative) with that, but even though you could have done more, i espicially like the way you did walking on stacked meteors, keep on jamming, your games will get better and better!

My biggest complaint is that there was no indication that you were shooting your gun. Some audio would have helped as well. I like the idea for the game and I liked that the asteroids actually were incorporated into the meteor the character is standing on.

Nice game. Try to control the animations when you move instead of just repeating them.
