Love Love! Space Attack by Random-storykeeper
A person moves game files around on the computer, but the copying process gets interrupted, corrupting the files and causing two video game worlds (Dating Sim and Bullet Hell) to merge. Commander Dan Makú, fighting for the intergalactic war, finds himself dating a girl, Ren Aishi, for some reason. All she can see is the dialogue choices he chooses, unaware that the alien war may be having an impact on her, too.
Controls
- WASD or Arrow Keys to move
- Space or Z to shoot
Gameplay
- When asked a question, one of the answers will make Ren happier and grant you an extra hit point. The rest will cause you to lose one.

One change I would suggest is to give more of a downtime before the dialogue options, or at least some indication that a choice is about to appear. I accidentally selected the wrong option by firing too much... only once, admittedly! But still, I think it'd help to make the game a bit more forgiving.
... On a side note, the C.U.P.I.D. thing is a really strange and funny coincidence! Great minds think alike, eh? We tossed about a load of different ideas for the acronym, including 'Chaotic Utility Perfect for Inducing Death', 'Certified Undertaker Paid for Inflicting Doom.', 'Creator Undecided on Pseudonym Intended for Dare', 'Caravan Unintentionally Parked for Incorrect Duration', and 'Creator of Umbrellas that Perspire, leading to Inordinate Dampness'. I imagine he'd pick a different acronym every time, getting crazier and crazier throughout!
Anyway, sorry to ramble on and on... In the end, I think you all did a great job! It's such a fresh take on the theme, combining two genres in such a different (yet entirely obvious) way.
Loved graphics & audio!
Overall: quite fun game that could have a little extra polish ;)
I hope you continue with the project.

Mixing the dating sim and space bullet hell genres is very unique, and it turned out very well! :yum:
It was quite punishing on the shooter side but I'm not too good at those, It felt pretty full on at the start for me to get into the swing of things.
Otherwise, honestly great entry - Really bamboozled me with the face wasn't expecting that!
