Summary:
Throughout history the power to create and sustain life is the most sacred of all duties. You are tasked with earning the name Gaia: The eternal force of nature. Harmonize with the essential elements of nature to create the land, the prey, and the predators to bring form to a lifeless world. Yea - beware: The failure to find balance may sew chaos and return creation to the dust from whence it came.

Finally
The original conception of this game was far more ambitious than we ended up having time to create. LD is always an exercise in scope cutting. If the game feels a little unfinished, that's because it is! Please let us know what you might like to see if we were to keep going!
Detailed gameplay instructions (Note: If you like a puzzle don't read these!): * Drag land/prey/predators onto the world. Adding prey and predators in balance creates life. * Hit the keys in the boxes in order to gain life. * You lose if you run out of life. * You win if you manage to put all the terrain on the planet!

I enjoyed the music and guitar sounds, they set the tone for the game and made it a pleasant experience.
One thing is I didn't totally understand the relationships the animals had with each other, and if I should place more or fewer.
Music is nice, but also the best part. I wonder where you might get if you had more time.
A music rhythm game is SO ambitious. I have made several prototypes and timing, controls, the right graphics are so challenging. There are a lot of nice elements you have here, nice work!
