Fatal Hangover - A Tower Defense Platformer about one cowboy who’s trying to protect his whiskey from all the pesky rednecks who are trying to steal it.
You can jump and shoot those guys by yourself, or you can buy some turrets at the cash register to help you keep them away. Our favorite turret so far is Dynamite Canon - It’s just randomly shoots dynamite all around - not really useful, but really effective. 💰💣💥
Controls:
A / D - Move
W / Spacebar - Jump

Looks like WebGL build is a bit laggy, if it's the case for you, try Win or Mac build.
This was our first Ludum Dare! Learned a lot during this ~60 hours of non-sleeping experience, but that was worth it. Hopefully you'll enjoy the game as much as we're enjoyed making it!

so alt lets you buy a turret/tower from the cash register and alt again to place it
i got 2 basic cheapo in the lower floor and then got machine gun. it's DPS and aim is really good. TNT acts really weird and falls on the ground a lot, and there's a weird climb mechanic on wall or ladder like it just glides your avatar but okay...
I think i kinda beat the game cause they stop spawning. machine gun is good
Climb mechanic is actually a bug, looks like the player is colliding with the wall and it tries to push him up because of that, when you flip the character. I'll try to fix it after I'll get some rest.

Also as it was said before it's confusing to use space to jump with WD to move, and I've got some bugs floating into objects.
Could be a very great thing once polished
@IronPotato Glad you liked it! We didn't have enough playtesting time to polish the balance of waves, definitely needs improvement there, but we'll work on it post jam for sure. Thank you!
The only real criticism I have is that the character feels too floaty, as if you are in space.
