Looks great and is really fun. Overall very impressive!
One suggestion: maybe have a fixed location for the reset button, when you explode at the right side of the screen it's hard to see.

Thats really a very different idea for a game! Really loved how the physics work here!
And also very challenging too, i just think you should do a retry game button as well, in order to start everything from the menu again!

The amount of detail that must have gone behind the scenes here!

I love the pixel art style and also this game is best enjoyed by downloading it as opposed to playing it on a browser (the physics calculations are quite intense)!

I couldn't complete the game unfortunately as I ran into a bug when I was about to enter stable orbit, my planet got flung off the screen when it was at 10% never to be seen again, such is fate :cry:

I really like your game :) I stands out amoungst all the planet games released :D I really like that you display trajectories which makes it easier to guess where your going with your world :D

One thing that confused me a bit initially was that i didn't really get that i had to go into the black hole^^
After i read the instructions again i really had a great time with your game, great job :)

I like this. The mechanics in it are actually very similar to the mechanics in my game. What integration methods to calculate the gravitational pull? I imagine it was just Euler considering anything else for an LD game would just be overkill.

Anyway on to the feedback:

**pros:**
looks beautiful, love the pixel perfect graphics and particle effects.
good concept, didn't feel plain or anything, it was something I hadn't seen before.
NUKE POWERED PLANET THRUSTERS!!

**cons:**
the tracer that showed where you were gonna shoot off to was very hard to see, it should have been brighter. It also seems like it didn't always aim in the direction of the mouse
by the time I got to the last level, I only had 10% of the planet left so it was impossible /:
the reset button sometimes was off the screen and you couldn't press it, if you died at the right edge of the screen

also the music was really good but I can't put that on the 'pros' list because it was *so damn quiet*, I had to turn my volume up to 55 to hear it and it was still really quiet.

all in all, successful game in my eyes. good job [:

Woah, I love the pixel look and rough, yet rigid feel of the game! The retry button can be a little hard to reach depending on certain death situations, but the main gameplay mechanic is pretty fun

Super cool take on the planets theme, it's really interesting to see gravity used in this way. I thought the stable orbit level was an unbeatable level put in there as a joke, until I eventually figured out the technique and beat it lol. Visuals and audio were great too, nice work!

Great game, nice job. I played until the stable orbit, I tried it some times but in the last one the planet left the screen and I couldn't retry.

Thanks for all the comments everyone! It is possible to enter a stable orbit at the end with two nukes. Basically nuke with a trajectory close to the sun then quickly nuke in the other direction to slow down.

This was a really cool idea. Definitely pretty different than anything I've seen so far. I really liked the simple art style and the particle effects after collisions. I did have a few problems where the prediction line didn't actually represent my motion. I'm not sure if that's a bug, or the result of the planet losing mass when I fire a nuke.

Nuke is the best way ever to move a planet.
I managed to enter a stable orbit but my poor planet suffer from it!
Had a lot of fun playing with gravity!

Nice game! I enjoyed playing it. If i were to criticize something is that the web version I was unable to go full screen therefore I was unable to view what was going on on the sides. If you make a web version that just a bit smaller I would have been able to see the whole game with out using the fullscreen function. Over all I enjoyed the music, the pixel graphics, the game play very easy to get into, it wasn't difficult figure what is going on, and good level of complexity to it. Great job!

I like that nuke explosion propulsion is much more scientific than it seems (and it's an actual proposed method for high-speed interstelar travel).

Love the mechanics, you managed to create a concise framework and play with physics is just awesome. Taking mass loss into account is also a nice touch :) I have a soft spot for all particle simulators and physics-based games, so I'm probably a bit partial, but it really is a solid piece of work - including the minimalistic, but very functional UI.

The only downside - it's very easy to complete the whole playthrough (I did it on the first approach, with one retry at stable orbit and 72,5% integrity in the end). The problem is, that when you wit on some levels, planets enter a state where they destroy each other and make it much easier.

That being said, very well done - I'd like to see it developed further and with a bit more challenge :)

This is fun!

I absolutely love the pixel perfect graphics and the gameplay is simple, intuitive and creative.

I also noted that sometimes the actual path does not reflect the prediction but it didn't make the game unusable.

Made me think of a sci-fi novel called "Three Body Problem".
