Fun game, I like this type of game too. I noticed that I can get negative bullets number if I click when reloading. One of the soldiers with 1hp took like 30shoots to kill

Thank you for taking time to try my game. Yes, I'm aware of the - counter and the issue with a soldier not recognizing the bullets. I fixed both in another build and when I make more progress I will post it. Thank you again. Happy Jamming!

Hey you, I don't know if that's how it's supposed to be, but the only one moving was my character, everyone else stood still. Is this a multiplayer game? Is it my ubuntu OS that didn't work well with it?

it has potential but a lot of bugs that make the game very difficult

@dakikad no it's not your ubuntu it's just the build.. I have been working on this project aggressively since the jam ended and have a current build which fixes all the issues in this one. I will update the build once the jam is over. thank you for taking time to play!

@terryg thankyou! I will be updating the game soon.

It reminded me of one of my favorite old Amiga games, [Rambo III](http://www.lemonamiga.com/?game_id=1464). The bugs already mentioned made it kind of hard to play, but I can appreciate the challenge. I hope you enjoyed your first LD and see you at LD39!

I like it, it has a bit of a Hotline Miami vibe, I see you already know about the issue with bullets not registering when they hit enemies, maybe add a reload too?

Either way I did have well over one second of fun! If this is your first LD well done I look forward to see what you make next!

It seems to have quite a few bugs that made it hard to play. Specifically I would teleport every time I shot. Keep making games.

Really hard but good enough. It remins me Ikari Warrior which was really hard too. Of course, I noticed many bug about IA, colliders, but for a first attempt, this is a good entry. Bravo ++

It was a nice little challenge game, with a style similar to Hotline Miami. It was pretty fun overall to play, but it had its bugs, such as the bullets didn't go where the cursor was, the enemies sometimes didn't lose health, and the Ammo could go into negatives.

With some more polish, levels, and options (maybe more weapons or customization) you have a nice game.

This is a good start, with decent graphics. I did manage to clear the house, but only after several attempts due to bugs - both the aforementioned ones, and two others that don't seem to be listed here yet:

- Sometimes the enemies can walk through walls, especially diagonal ones but sometimes horizontal/vertical ones too.
- When going outside, there is a lag spike that can often be fatal.

Good job for your first LD!

I don't have much to say apart from echoing the other comments. I encourage you to keep at this one, if only to get a sense of how to polish things up, and I hope to see you in Ludum Dare 39!

Original version worked, but there were a lot of bugs that made it unplayable for me. The updated version would cause my browser to stop responding when I attempted to enter the house. Running MacOS 10.10.5 Yosemite in Safari.

The graphics look kind of cool - I especially like the sprites for the player and enemies. I also like the enemy AI. It's nice how they react to you shooting, and their path finding seems pretty good. The rest seems a bit unfinished and buggy. It's a good start, but it doesn't really feel like a finished jam game. It doesn't have any obvious connection to the theme, either.

+1 on this game has a hotline miami vibe; I had a lot of fun playing around with even though it seems to be really buggy. I don't have much to critique, the level looks pretty nice, controls worked exactly as I expected, just shooting enemies never quite seemed to work right :)

I played this on stream, so you can see what I ran into - https://www.twitch.tv/videos/141022066 - Starting at 1:10:45

As others have mentioned there is an excellent Hotline Miami vibe to this game. I must be honest - the first time I played Hotline Miami I hated it - I wasn't ready for the insta-kill of the player. It wasn't until I went back to it later that I appreciated how good it is.

You've managed to capture that same feel of carnage with strategic thinking and I commend you on that. Here's a bullet list of points (because who doesn't love bullet lists):

* The default pistol doesn't seem to shoot straight
* I wish I could shoot the glass and see and hear some nice glass breaking
* I don't have any other points but two didn't seem like enough

Excellent work and kudos for making it in Flash!

Oh, and for those who are interested in what your game looks like...
