Good Idea, original! Good Job 5/5!

Nice idea :) My main suggestion would be that I think it's all a bit too fast too soon - if you slowed the game down I think it would be easier to read the situation better, and make more informed / tactical choices, etc.

Nice take on the theme. It was initially a bit hard to figure out how to get archers and place them.

I got it though and was able to fend off the attackers! I felt like the action could have ramped up faster with more attackers arriving more quickly.

This is an interesting take on Tower Defense / Siege game play. I really enjoyed the (rebel? spy?) coming to the back door of your castle and causing all sorts of trouble there.

The graphics have a nice simplistic perspective to them. They'd be even better with moody lighting!

The Bow&Arrow cursor was very left-handed, took me a while to understand where its hot spot was. Mouse responsiveness was pretty good, though!

Sadly, no sound was playing on my computer. :( So no rating there.

Nice game. I like the theme: "you are a king and you have no resources... ups!" xD
I found a little hard to find out what to do at first glance, but then I started to figure it out.
Maybe you have to make more clear the arrow cursor, sometimes I pointed a wall and nothing happened, I needed to move the cursor back and forward to find where to put the archer.

I didn't hear any music or sound, and I missed some better art. But it is really an enjoyable game. Congrats! :)

It's an interesting take on an old genre... It reminded me of Tower Defense games, but with a twist. Even though it was a bit hard to get into it at first since it starts really fast and there were a few things i didn't know (like, where to get money), but it was enjoyable overall.

I'd say this idea can have potential and it's interesting, but it lack polish... mostly feedback. But, however, we can't forget this is a 3 day jam and a single person team. So, overall, congratulationis!. Keep on going!

I don't think there is a 'best title' award, but if there was, you should get it.

I managed to make it to 17 days! It looks like the game takes elements of cookie clickers, but adds more strategy and skill. I had fun playing it :)

Nice implementation of tower defense and the theme. Pity there isn't any art in the game. But had a lot of fun playing it. I really had some moments when i had to think about what to do.

What was the food for?

It took me a moment to understand how to deal with the food. The mechanic is nice.
I would maybe have put bigger buttons to make the selection easier. It's a nice game overall ! Good job!

@pcmaster The food is to prevent your people from riots. When the food goes below zero, you get the yellow enemy which is supposed to be a mob.

Nice and simple. The only criticism I have (beyond the obvious ones like no music) is that I would want to move my archers around. Also, the theme isn't really in there.

Took me a play-through to figure out what to do exactly, but then at least I managed to stay alive for 15 days. It was a bit annoying to have to go all the way to the button to activate a type of action. It would have been nice with hotkeys for Archers and Repair and Food. Btw, since it is a webgl game you should probably change from windows to html on the game link.
