Crashes on startup with the sound muted. Or crashes on enter in the controls screen if not muted

On Linux, click the mute button, otherwise it crashes

Cool little game. I had to play it because there are trains. :D I really like the graphics of the train and the backgrounds, but I think that the character art, the chairs and the tables don't fit the pixel style. The music is nice and makes you a little hectic. The controls felt very floaty because you don't stop right away when you let go of the keys (you probably used the libGDX physics, right?). Sadly, that doesn't work well for this game, I think. Nonetheless, good job!

I almost made it but I started slowing down with no fuel until that rock reached me. Cool game! Liked it.

Interesting gameplay. Your art style and especially the music tracks are great. :)
Keep going.
By the way, I have uploaded a post jamn version of my game. You can now enter the door. xD
The next level wasn't finished at the end of the jam.

I did not understand how to break chairs at the start, so a text hint or visual feedback would be great.
For some reason, I liked the mood of the game. The giant cookie adds to the mood for sure. :D
Thanks for the game!

Nice entry! I like the music (reminds me of gnomoria) and the artstyle is neat. I've noticed some translation problems (?) but the game is pretty fun. Nice job!

Nice game, music and graphics were really well done. It'd be nice if you added some effect when the player breaks items.

It looks great but I had troubles knowing what to do, it's a bit confusing to play but eventually the mechanics are good. If you add a tutorial the experience would definitly be better. The graphics/music are pretty good and it creates a nice mood.
Keep it up :)

Your take on the theme was pretty original - haven't seen yet a game with trains and giant cookies :). I loved the background music, it was simple but pretty cool. Also the color combination used for the background layers, i think it looked great. On the bad side, the fact that the player has acceleration was a bit weird, i overshoot a couple of times (on of them crashed on the giant cookie because i couldn't stop lol). Also the characters' style clashes with the rest of the game's art.

Very nice game! I especially like the retro feeling you created with the sound and graphics.
It was entertaining. Destroy destroy destroy destroy^^
The theme was very well conveyed and could be felt during the game.
Overall awesome experience ~
Good work!

** What I liked **

__ + __ Background and train graphics
__ + __ Music
__ + __ Original objectives

** What imo could be improved **

__ - __ Music hurt my hears because of the initial volume being very loud
__ - __ Controls don't feel very responsive (inertia)
__ - __ Characters + table and chairs graphics not consistent with the rest
__ - __ Random fall off because when you know how close the rolling thing is, it's too late to run back

** Overall **

I had more fun I expected trying harder after failing the first run with frustration. There is still room for improvement but it is a cool idea and a good realization. Thanks for the game !

Good job working on this one! :D Visually, the game looks really nice, good job on the pixel art there! :) The soundtrack does fit the theme and contributes to the tension, but it's kinda loud, but nice choice for it!

Controls felt too slippery and, the fact that you never know how close the rock is to the train, makes it kinda hard to fetch wood from the last wagons. :P

But it's really nice, pretty interesting take on the theme and, with more polish, the game would be really great! :D

Congrats! Good work!

I really like the concept and the interpretation of the theme. I particularly liked the graphics in the background and for the train, and noticed lots of small touches all around the game, and the music was nice as well. I thought though that the gameplay was a bit monotonous, there was a lot of doing the exact same thing over and over. Still, it was a fun game! Well done!

The sliding has already been mentioned as an issue, but is there meant to be a small cookie icon chasing the train so you can know where it is? I think I spotted one on the far left of screen, but it didn't seem to be where it should be?

Despite these issues, I had fun with this game, and the humour managed to get a smile out of me. Good work!

at first I did not understand. But when it dawned on me that it is necessary to heat the furnace of a steam locomotive chairs to get away from the giant сщщлшу - the game really became fun! Very well drawn.

I really like the graphics of the train and the backgrounds, but I think that the character art, the chairs and the tables don’t fit the pixel style. The music is nice and makes you a little crazy. The controls felt very floaty because you don’t stop right away when you let go of the arrowkeys (you probably used the libGDX physics) Sadly, that doesn’t work well for this game, I think. Good job!

Could use a little more player feedback i.e. I didn't know that I had to spam F to get wood and I didn't know if it was working so a little bit of screenshake or something could've helped there. The graphics were alright but the music was a bit too harsh.
