The most creative game so far ^^ It's a very great idea and I like the concept of playing via emails. The only thing that could be improved is the length of the adventure (I had only 2 turns) but really great game ;)

This is pretty clever, I only wish it was longer. Is there a way to restart it?

I loved this. Super creative usage of the medium, I kind of wish I had considered communications as platform for a jam game. I really liked the pure minimal text with hyperlinks for that choose your own adventure feel, also being able to try other paths when you TPK was really nice too :D I'd be lying if I said this hasn't inspired me to try out a "going back to your roots" sort of game in the future. Great work guys!

@dovakla To restart the game all you have to do is either make another choice from the first email you received or unsubscribe at the bottom of any email and re sign up.

@Dovakla @DrSkort I thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that I could not write an entire d&d campaign in a weekend. (・ω・)

@Dovakla @DrSkort In all seriousness, thank you for calling the game cool, and I regret that I didn't make it into a longer story.

It's immensly retro-innovative this concept. Could've been the bomb at email apogee. The story is fun and well narrated but all the mail-choice-page routine is more work for the user than practical for it's purpose.
It's a really interesting experiment

This is the most unique take on the theme I've seen so far - well done!

Just a small niggle, the emails weren't consistent between "new turn" and "next turn" - which caused gmail, at least, to not thread them properly.

It'd be cool if this could be done entirely by email, ie your moves were done by replying to the email like 1991 intended.

Liked a lot the concept of playing over email. Feel truly unique. Would love to see you taking this idea further (maybe introducing delays to the next emails based on your actions).

Congratulations team. This is a great idea that could be expanded upon, and not an easy one to come up with! I love seeing stuff this creative, great work!!

This was certainly an interesting and creative game. I hope you aren't stealing my email for nefarious purposes ;)

The play through email is a neat concept, but I can't help but feel it would have flowed better if it were all email or all web browser text adventure. It was a bit odd having to go back and forth between reading the text on the page and the text in the browser.

It might have been cooler if to take the next turn you could reply "Option1", "Option2" etc to the email. So you could play completely in the email.
