The game is well made overall, but I think the ending is a bit empty. I don't even know if I got a good or bad ending

Fine pixel art and some good music to set the mood. Though I have a desire to click on every interactable object so I lost and gained soul value, though it didn't seem to affect the final ending, but maybe that is the point. I liked the interpretation I got out of it, nice short game.

This game really has a very specific (dark) tone to it, and it was conveyed very well.

On the gameplay side of it, there wasn't any gameplay I saw..it was more of reading the dialog between the different characters, felt more like a story than a game.

Excellent game. The story is great and well written, the music fits the game perfectly, and the graphics make the game less-depressing :D The ending was quite interesting also

Uh-oh. He hung up on me! Great, now I'm trapped. Help meeeee! Fun game. Nice soundtrack. I don't really get the theme, though.

DARK...but intersting. Even if it's more a story than a game.

The graphics and the sound makes it even darker.

The only thing which I think is not ideal is that the grim reaper is to hard to see.

I'm out of words..

I agree with others, that is less a game and more a story. But it's well narrated, wrapped with beautiful design and especially music.

Very nice game, graphics and audio were well done and a nice take on the theme. I agree with others that the ending felt a bit empty but I feel that was your point.

The reaper left me hanging in the phone booth!! Haha but I really liked the story - the art and music was just amazing. The story was also really well written - I'd definitely play a longer version.

A lovely little game. The pixel art is nice and the writing is really good too! I almost forgot it was a jam game while playing it which is pretty rare. Good job!

This game shines in the story part, definitely great in making the player feel something. Art, music, and story was very good, wish that it was longer. Great job! Congrats!!!

I think this is my favourite game of the jam so far. I loved the look, the tone, the story. I'm just sad that audio isn't in the voting options because the music was perfect for the game.

The mood of the game is amazing, but interactive stories aren't really my stuff. The writing is good and graphics are really nice, good job :)

Great story, although the end was a strange because the reaper just left at the phone booth and I didn't know if that was the end.

I like story, ambience and graphics even if I'm less fan of animation.
But the end was confused, I don't now if I had a good end or not.

Awesome use of environmental storytelling. For such a small game, Gregg's life felt big. It felt real. I loved your use of different sprites to show what stage of life he was in. I was a big confused about the sound effect at the end of the last memory--it sounded like a gunshot. Beautiful game, though. I'm going to share this with my non-LD friends.
