Chuck Norris will Make America Great Again by paulhocker

In the near future, American citizens grew tired of the corruption and deceit that has plagued it's Country. Now America calls on one man, Chuck Norris. Only Chuck Norris can be trusted to clean up the Lies, Dirty Money, Missing Tax Returns and Classified files, and bring those guilty to Justice.

Look out, some of the World Leaders want to use this information to Bring America down. Chuck must take out those leaders and collect the stolen information.

Chuck Norris will --- "Make America Great Again"

Controls:

  • Joystick or WASD or ARROW KEYS for MOVEMENT
  • A BUTTON or LEFT CONTROL for Fire Main Weapon
  • B BUTTON or SPACE for Fire Super Weapon

The game could/should be balanced better but overall I am happy with how it turned out. I have never done a shooter before so this was new ground for me. Thanks for Playing.

Good implementation of an infinite scroller. Nice shmuppy feel. Keep on doing what you are doing. Character was hard to read against the clouds.

Art style and music made this game pretty fun! :)
I like the various weapons you can choose for your character.
It gets chaotic pretty quickly, but that's what made it funnier!

halarious art and otherwise also fun to play although sometimes the hitboxes are werd but could just that im using the web version and its probably laggyer in that

Nice game! Concept is pretty interesting and funny. The weapon pickup system also reminds me a lot of Super Crate Box. Fantastic job! :)

I think there is some inconsistency with the control. When I picked up the gun, I can just hold down Ctrl. And even when im switched back to kicking, I can hold it down. But once I've picked up the knife, now I have to spam hitting Ctrl to attack, even when back to kicking. I think its best to just allow holding down Ctrl as spamming it makes my fingers hurt and tired. There are also some inconsistency with sound effects. Only the kicking has sound effects. Also, the enemy takes so long to kill, the HP bar is practically updated by the tiniest amount of pixels. Overall, good effort.

It seemed impossible to trigger the Super Weapon in the html5 build, even if when the bar was full.
Was nice though, even if not super balanced. I really loved the music :)

Controls are wonky for the HTML5 version. In my Chrome, the left control button keeps creating a bookmark for the web page and preventing me from shooting and moving at the same time. The full-screen also has its fair share of issues.

Besides that, the concept is okay. I like what you went for here. The music is pretty good, too. Nice job

`z` is a cheat isn't it. Haha, I found it trying to figure out how to shoot. Don't think shooting was working for me on the web build.

At first I thought it wasn't working as Chuck Norris didn't appear to get hurt by the enemy..... but then I realized, it's Chuck Norris, he isn't going to get the kind of flesh wounds mere mortals do.

Nice game, I enjoyed kicking things more than any other weapon. However a small note, Crtl+W closes my browser window, so there's that. Otherwise a fun game to play, nice and fast paced, I liked the variety of weaponry but nothing beats a good ol' roundhouse from the greatest himself. I grew chest hair and full beard while playing this game. Great job!

Made murica great again. But one round house kick should have been enough :P. This is small lovely game. I like the weapon upgrades :).

Some of my bullets sometime stopped in the air and stayed on screen. Apart of that the shooting was ok. I wish there's more sfx for bullet shooting and monster exploding etc.

Funny game. Not sure why there was an exploding bird, was I supposed to avoid those? I liked the different weapon types, and how you would go back to kicking if you're hit by something. The cent coins looked a bit too similar to the projectiles, perhaps if they were differentiated a bit more. Not sure if I could actually die, but I liked all the stuff you were able to get in. Keep up the good work!

A Chuck Noris Joke! Havn't seen those in a while. :D

I have one problem though: On macOS Ctrl+Arrows is used to switch back and forth between desktops. So every time I move and shoot at the same time I loose browser focus. Maybe ad another alternative fire button (like left shift or just Z)?

Funny game! Great endless scroller, I kicked that plane for an eternity but it took too long to take even a third of life. That gets a bit boring.

The different weapons were cool, the art style with the sound was really nice. Being Chuck Norris was definitely awesome.

I just didn't see the connection to the theme... Also, I can't lose? Being hit or letting stuff pass by my uncaught/unbeaten didn't do anything. I feel the game is missing at least one setback to make it more interesting and not so easy.

But the game was a really good idea, just needs a few improvements and it will be even better! Great work :)
