Drifting away Untitled.png

This is my first Ludum Dare game.

It's an HTML5 top-down game where you must avoid hitting bad planets while you search for a good one, better than the boring little planet you came from.

A fun and challenging game. I liked that you added a button to skip to the next checkpoint as I would have never been able to clear some parts as it was too challenging for me

Cool concept, would be better with sounds and a bit more feedback when hitting planets for instance :)

Great idea. It was way to hard for me. I also spent the first few minutes trying to land on the closest planet. Too much KSP made me think I was going to fast to land on it. It would be neat if you could land on the non fueled planets if you slowed down enough. Loved the skip to next check point feature. I'm totally stealing that. Good work!

Fun idea! I really liked this game, but the later stages ended up being too hard for me. The visual feedback on planet size vs gravity factor made the game somewhat trial and error for me, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Also, I became impatient for more rocketry during the wait time of each banner, maybe make those skippable with an input? Thanks again for your game!

Fighting the pull of gravity on some of the planets ended up be pretty hard, took me a while to figure some of the parts out .

Sound (even simple generated sound) would have been a nice improvement to make. I liked the game though

Realy nice game! It's fun to play and fly around and try different moves with the gravity!
I'd like to have more space to land on for a small rest or so! Also, I think sometimes gravity is a little too strong but with less gravity, it would be less challenging. Basically a nice game!
Hope soul might take a look at my game!
See U!

Nice take on the small world theme by mixing in big and small worlds. I managed several stages until it became too hard. I know that there is no sound in space, but a little bit of acoustic feedback, e.g. made with [bfxr](http://www.bfxr.net/) would have made the game even better!

Simple but quite challenging. Even though it could use some polish it's still a great first Ludum Dare entry. You can be proud of yourself :)

Nice first entry! Game is very challenging. Could not reach checkpoint #5 by my own :D

Very challenging! I like the use of gravity. I think there could have been a slightly easier mode with unlimited boost that might have been helped more people complete the game, but you can only do so much in 48 hrs. Good job!

I enjoyed this more than the rest of the LD games I've played, while I sit in class and write this. But honestly is fun and not like anything I've seen here so far! Great job.

The idea is good, but the difficulty level was too high. But this is a great fist LD game. Hope to see you in many more LD's.

Very difficult. Well done with the scope of the game; it felt complete.

I always liked this gravity mechanics I'll try to make one like this one next ludums. realy good job, I think the gameplay is really tuned it got me in for a lot of checkpoints and I didn't use the "cheat-button" :P

Very interesting game. A bit hard to play actually! But can be learned. I was attracted here by the hand drawn graphics. I'd love to have some sound fx here, like sounds coming from the closest planet, changing in volume along with the gravity , as you get closer :) Nice job!

When it comes to physics games, gravity based ones are always fun for me. I managed to get through to the end, you really made that last bit hard! I liked the way that it handled. Good job!

If you like, please take a look at the game my team made for the jam. You can find a link for it on my profile.

Very fun gravity puzzle game! Controls are slick and it's actually pretty hard. I enjoyed the simple storyline too. I'd wish the text boxes didn't stay up so long or got dismissed on a click.
