Mac OS/X => Let me know if it isn't working
Linux => Only working with LÖVE2D 0.9.2 (Not with 0.10.2)

Game done in about 24hours, due to a lot of side work. In the end, really happy with the idea: Not a classical shapeshift game!

Nice idea love minimalism visuals.

Game a little bit boring just for me but it's a good entry anyway! Good job!

Got well over 30000 in first 12 levels but the game does not register my keypresses sometimes, especially noticable when entering each letter in a word quickly. It seems to just register one of the letters instead of each of them.

Fun game, kept stumbling over the rules towards the end (as expected). The music and graphics are quite nice too, they seem to fit the focus of the game well. Took me a while to figure out what you meant by "the dog is chasing the cat". I assumed that meant there would be a cat before any dogs, or maybe a dog after each cat. But instead it means that a cat appears after any dog?

Very fun and a very imaginative use of the theme. Nice audio design and graphics too.

Good point Been. The interpretation is certainly a bit tough for this one. The right sequence for "Dog is chasing cat" is DOG following by CAT.

KodingNights: Hum "Press each letter" => You have to wait the validation sound before switching to the next letter:
"SQUARE" will be "S *BIP* Q *BIP* U *BIP* A *BIP* R *BIP* E *BIP*"

Took me a while to understand the rules but I did not read the instructions. :D Nice job for 24 hours!

I love this game! It's really challenging when you have to memorise the letters and time them correctly. Keep up the good work! (I got up to a score of 119,130 :P)

Thanjs Max! Happy to see that you exactly get the feeling I wanted to give! Preeeetty good score! And yes, really challenging when you have to start to memorise and when it's becoming faster as well! Thank you!

Interesting idea, it confused me a bit when it suddenly went to animals , from shapes

Very nice, once I figured out what you meant by "triangle before any square" ans so on, I got the hang of it.

Nice soundtrack, lovely visuals, good :D

The rules were a bit confusing at first, but I managed to figure out you have to wait for confirmation after each keypress. It's quite challenging later on.
I liked the art and music, they fit the game well.

Ok first i needed a while to get it xD i thought my screen didn't show anything. It is simple but good. Nice music, and good logic. Something different. Good job ^^

It's a damn good entry for a 24h work :o Minimalist but it works well! I would have loved to see other patterns cause it gets a bit repetitive, but I think you didn't have enough time for that ^^ You made a polished and finished game, and that is already something impressive especially when it's that fun :)

Thank you a lot David! It is exactly that. Lacking of time to implement new patterns. I preferred to polished everything up and have a finished game rather than a lot of patterns!
As you can expect, I had some other ideas, but well, as always, they will remain ideas!

It's hard to remember so many letters sometimes. Otherwise interesting idea for a game and nice implementation of it.

Cool idea! Maybe starts a little too slow. Additional words said while playing ("great" and the like) can be confusing. Enjoyable game nonetheless.

Nice effort for 24 hours!

Once I worked out that you had to give a little time between key presses I enjoyed the game quite a bit.

Final score was 1815880

Nice entry! You added some interesting twists in the rules to the base mechanics. It could be a helpful tool to teach spelling and listening skills to non-English speakers :DD
Good job!

What a score studdert249! I will displayed it right away! Really impressed that you almost mastered the game!
Thanks!

Could be helpful indeed Ithildin, but definitely not the easiest way to teach ahah! Thanks!

This was fun. The preconditions before the levels made it a lot more fun (although I still don't quite get what "The dog is chasing the cat" means). My best is 1866109.

Really nice tiny game. Some words were hard to expect (like "Cat" after the shapes), but didn't decrease the game quality. Fun concept to be playing around. As others have mentioned, it took me awhile to realize I had to wait the beep, but that's ok. Good job!
PS: Nice Kanade avatar!

Indeed, I was not sure if that was well "explained" throughout the level. And as I can see, it was not enough. I should have added something to the first 2 levels to make the player learn this specificity a bit faster! Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate everyone feedback a lot, and it is a pleasure to give my feedback on your game as well! Thanks for all of these comments! :)

Great animations and sounds, and love changing rules between rounds, they give a lot of variety. It is nice to see more LÖVE games. A solid entry!

This is a pretty game, but I'm afraid I don't understand it at all! It says "circle" and I've pressed "o", typed "circle" ... Sorry. It doesn't any sense to me!

Hi, I tried the OS/X version on El Capitan but it won't run. It writes something like "Check with the developer to make sure ListenAndShift works with this version of OS X". Am i doing something wrong or its not working for El Capitan?

Hi, nice game ! We're realizing a video with several games of the Ludum Dare #35.
Can you add your game on indiexpo.net ? (it's free)
So we can include also your game in the video ;)
p.s. write #LDJAM in the game's description

Thanks for your comments.
janiq: Indeed, a friend of mine just reported that the OS/X version is not working. I will dig into it when I will be able to test it. You can still test the game by downloading LÖVE2D OS/X version on love2D.org :/ Really soory!

ohmaigawd: Nice score! Pretty good for only one run! Thanks for your high score, I will add it now! :D

josefnpat: "Press the first letter" => "circle" you have to press C and wait the validation sound.

Overall, again, a big thanks for all of your feedback!

Thank you Pietro! Indeed, 24 hours, or even just a bit less. A lot of side work that made me starting the trip only from the second day. Happy that I managed to make a game that feels ended and polished! :)

Neat concept! Sometimes the "great" sounds confused me and I lost the combo even though the sound was different. At times I failed to follow what pace it expected and entered too quickly or slowly. Occasionally the feedback stopped completely and I had no idea how I was doing, which usually lead to losing the combo. Perhaps I missed something in the isntructions. Some parts were just too hard for my dumb brain especially in some of the final levels where there were like three conditions. :P

I really like the visual style with the shapes flowing around. My first score was 108020. On second attempt my score was 595100. I got some instructions better but some parts were still very difficult. Anyway, a bit different game, which is nice.

Very innovative! Only problem was that sometimes I had trouble understanding what you said.
I got (on my first try)- 174,306 after the final calculation. Before was 181,040 with highest multiplayer x24.
