And yes some comfort functions could make the game a bit easier and more clear to read.
Thanks for playing
Yes Sounds and music would be great, but the time ran up so fast XD
Thanks for playing and commenting
I think some music and sounds as well as a short tutorial would do wonders to make this game appeal to more people.
But overall, the game was great for the limited time you had to create it!
I totally agree, sound, music and maybe a tutorial or so would improve the game. But I guess you know it aswell. The damn time at the end of LudumDare is always the "Enemy" XD
I think it feels a bit sloppy presentation-wise. No audio, some misspellings, no transitions between things, etc.
I think given some work on that stuff, it'd be a really kickass conquering game. I'm impressed with what you have in such a short time, though!
There's a lot of details, which is great, but it's also a problem because there's so much things to do in a round, and we get no tutorial to explain. It's inherent to all the games in this style made in game jam, it's very ambitious and have a lot of things for itself, but most of the time the dev didn't had the time to implement a tutorial. And also the cursors for tradind/selling are a bit small, but maybe it was because I play in windowed mode.
Overall it's a good game, very ambitious. It's not my type of game but I can definitely appreciate how well he's made.
Well yeah. We (nearly) always come up with turn based game ideas. The good thing might be that we can slowly create a guideline to get faster/more effective to our goals. But still there is the feature creep. I'm really happy to say that we just cutted 2 features out. It could be more. But still we had the time issue which leaded us to missing time for a tutorial or proper balancing. Polish (font sizes and other stuff) as well, of course.
Anyway. Thanks for all your feedback!
The mood is so cool!
