Hi folks!

We tried to make a Game based on a story, where humans could live forever throght bio-engineering. Althogh live could be limitless it will be used as a payment and in our story our life got stolen. Your job is, to take it back.

We have to finish our game so some featues/levels and enemys wont be in our game. You will see the beginning of the story with much effort in detailed cut-scenes :smiley:

The game was developed in GODot Engine with GDScript

Graphics are mostly from OpenGameArt and Itch.io (The flying Dot was made by @tackotacko) Music is (except the end scene and soundeffects - YoutubEAudioLib) totally selfmade

Art and audio is cool! The theme implementation is quite common, but makes sense. I can't go on in the second level, it looks like a platform is missing.

I scored your game pretty high, the immersion was really good, the audio, sound, overall was super good, the gameplay lacked though, for example I couldn't clearly see the bullets from the gun, that's a problem, small problems like that make a huge impact but overall well done! Want to see more of you all!

The mood was really cool! I like that you voice acted some of the dialog. The movement felt a bit sluggish though. And sometimes it's not clear where you can stand.

Classic action platformer like megaman with chase element! Style makes me feel nostalgic. Backstory was an interesting idea died as soon as I caught up with the guy with the gun so a bit hard for me. Well done on your entry. -RS

We programmed with a new IDE and language so we lost a bit of time😅

@phantomeniasll, @alourenco: ^^ sure, thats because we lack on time and the second level is oriented from left to right if you jump from the balcony.

I think that the idea itself is good! I definitely like your choice of setting, I would love to play a full game like this. Cool sounds and it's great that you did a voice acting :)
