Really interesting. I wont lie the lack of instructions telling me what to do or what was going on did confuse me at first, but once I stopped being an idiot and realized you could move with WASD it became very clear what was happening and I really started to enjoy the game. Also I must say I really enjoy the look this game has going for it. The minimal details in each level make it very clear and easy to read what is happening on the screen. I do wish when you died once you didn't lose all your progress, but you can really only do so much in 48 hours so.

It needs clearer instructions. It took me a bit to figure out that the green things are damaging you and stealing your souls and you needed to shoot them.

I liked your game. The sound effects, sci-fi background and minimalist menus were my favourite parts. I would have liked if the enemies were a bit smarter, but I understand the time difficulties of LD :)

Good game, as they had mention, a little instruction how to control would be helpful, but this wont effect my rating. I like the arts and sounds part especially, it feels very elegant.

Nice job, interesting design and music so good! But in my first few minutes i was thinking that i must be in circle :S But then i realized, that i'm not so smart :D

It is a good game, the controls are responsive, the shooting mechanic is satisfying.

Very punishing, sometimes the enemies spawn almost at your own soul and uo will then die very quickly. Otherwise neat

I like the visuals to this game and the music. I also had a hard time figuring out what I was supposed to do at first. Overall, nice work though.

Nice work!
I really like the screen to select the arena, and the overall difficulty.
It's sad that you didn't add a note on controls, and that ZQSD doesn't work so AZERTY users have to switch language.
Well done!

Starting from the very beginning when dying is a bit harsh, but it does add a lot of tension. Great game!

Absolutely love the art, and the difficulty was fun but sometimes getting one shot felt a little too bad, and it was much easier to win the whole thing by just staying in the first arena ( but what's the fun in that :P ). Great game!

I have to say, all of the enemies having homing bullets feels a bit unfair in what ends up as a borderline bullet hell shmup... I think it would have really changed the difficulty level just by having bullets move in straight lines and being able to dodge them

I loved the art style and music of this game, it really came together as a whole and sucked me in, that said I either suck at it and couldn't find a better strategy than constantly kiting them in a circle, but it felt like it lacked a little depth in the moment to moment gameplay choices I was making. Perhaps when you need to stop shooting to collect the souls? Something to vary the gameplay. Great job! This could be cool to continue and polish up a bit.

Maybe I'm just bad, but it seems too hard. I was at first confused as I thought I was controlling the ball that was shooting, but apparently it was the ball with red glow that I was controlling. Wish there was a way to see the health of the ball, maybe by changing the glow amount. It was definitely engaging. Congratulation on completing a game!

Hey, so I liked the mechanics, though I think it should be noted, that the player can move with WASD (I didn't know at first). Furthermore,

---- SPOILER BELOW ----

I don't think there's a good reason to play the second level. Sacrificing a lot of souls makes the player plenty powerful to play the first level and farm souls there.

Again, I liked the game and I had fun, especially your background and menu are quite beautiful.

I spent quite a lot of time playing this game although at the beginning I was struggling with the difficulty. I managed to complete the game by making it to heaven. The colour palette worked really well. I really enjoyed this game. Good job!

Nice visual style, plays well too. The gameplay loop is a bit repetitive (would have liked more variety in enemies) but enjoyed it overall!

Simple graphics, nice game! I included it in my compilation video series of games from the Ludum Dare, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/7Oqdb7VuCRQ

the mechanics are really good, controls are great! A bit more effects and screenshake perhaps could make this those stressful but dynamic and addictive games

hard at the begininng. no incentive to go to level 2 (their bullet will always hit you). just collect soul at level 1 until 6666. solid game though. I played it till end. never try to level 3 though..

Very interesting! The graphics look really great and the gameplay is fun. I do feel that collisions are a bit to punishing. Going from 900 score to 150 after colliding for like 1.5 sec does not feel good. All in all a really good game though! It feels very polished.
