I think the overall idea is interesting, and the \"Demo\" level is helpful for understanding the mechanics of how to build a rubber duck. So I think including that was a great call. As you say, it would be interesting to see more mechanics. :-)","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"HS_Dave","author_uid":"1038054","time":"2017-08-01T11:12:42Z","epoch":1501585962,"modified":1501585962,"text":"I really love the idea! It would be nice to see this evolve beyond the concept\/demo and into something a little more fleshed out - I would certainly play it :) +1 for rubber ducks.","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"Ninjascribble","author_uid":"1006742","time":"2017-08-01T19:24:09Z","epoch":1501615449,"modified":1501615449,"text":"This is pretty clever! This makes for an interesting puzzle game where you have to set everything up right and do it quickly and efficiently.","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"stevenjmiller","author_uid":"1000147","time":"2017-08-02T00:26:39Z","epoch":1501633599,"modified":1501633599,"text":"Great game! Although it is short, I enjoyed the puzzles and I would like to see more. The only thing I would recommend is adding switches that don't need to be flipped, as currently all switches in the game need to be flipped, which detracts from the challenge.","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"PeachTreeOath","author_uid":"1006470","time":"2017-08-02T15:08:23Z","epoch":1501686503,"modified":1501686503,"text":"This is definitely a good start. I like the details of the assembly, seeing the beak come out on a platter and get attached and all. It would have been great to see if you could screw up and assemble the ducks wrong. The final stage actually had a pretty interesting limited light design that worked out well to spice up the simple switches mechanic. This definitely has a ton of potential.","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"superpokeunicorn","author_uid":"1001412","time":"2017-08-03T00:16:41Z","epoch":1501719401,"modified":1501719401,"text":"This is a pretty interesting concept for a game. Sort of like Infinifacotry but with the player controlling a character. I really felt like a little factory working dashing around to make sure everything is in order. I like the idea of trying to optimize your movement with a conveyor belts. Certainly an good use of theme. My main gripe with this game is in the waiting. After you fix the machine, you just sort of sit there and wait until you run out of power. I'd say either end the level after one duck or give the player something to do even after they finished the puzzle. Despite the game's reduced demo scope, I think it's really interesting and shows a lot of potential.","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"loveapplegames","author_uid":"1006791","time":"2017-08-05T08:21:05Z","epoch":1501921265,"modified":1501921265,"text":"This is an intriguing concept with some promising ideas! It's pretty ambitious for an LD, but I think it's good you tried anyway. I do wonder how it is going to be fleshed out into a full game with challenging puzzles though. I would not advice using darkness in a game like this though. It becomes a memory game rather than a puzzle game and makes it less fun imo.","likes":1,"format":"md"},{"author_name":"Le Slo","author_uid":"1011802","time":"2017-08-05T18:43:46Z","epoch":1501958626,"modified":1501958626,"text":"Nice concept, not really sure about it potencial.
