Rookie Raccoon by quijipixel
My first entry to LD. Coulnd't finish all of what I had in mind but at least got a game going. The genres are: Shoot'em up and Stealth.
With exception of reused code and @Castpixel's RobotY font, everything was made from scratch by me.
Tools: - Godot 3.0 - Bfxr - Milkytracker - Reaper - Aseprite
Controls: Left and Right arrows to move, and Z to shoot.
Enjoy!

EDIT: Nevermind. Figured them out. Cool game, and neat concept.
Controls are: Arrow keys to move. Z to shoot.
Only inconvenient that it starts full screen with no clear option to window it or resize it ∑(゚o゚C=(__;
Aside that, (★^O^★) bravo
Took me a round or two to get used to the controllers, but afterwards, it became a smooth ride. I was actually having a lot of fun measuring the speed of the lights and just barely making it through between them while avoiding detection. This game has so much potential for levels and features if you decide to further work on it later on.
Neat setting, and the spritework was great as well. Mechanically wise, I'd say it does everything as it's intended to do it, with no glitches nor anything gamebreaking. My only problem is that, even though the score resets on death, the enemy spawnrate doesn't. So a single detection a few rounds in got me a lot of enemies while my score was still 0. You should check on that.
Anyhow, I had a blast. On behalf of my team, we really hope to see what else you can come up with next, and if there'll be more of Rookie Raccoon. Cheers! :whale:
