Good game! But there is an issue with the gravity is too low.

Not a bad game. Sometimes if I kill duck i did not received points. In 4 lap I ran out of ducks. When you need to shot. You can just press W again and go finished the game.

Decent game, however as @baski pointed out, you run out of ducks. I know what you're feeling as a young jammer. Best of luck!

Yeah, I ran out of duck too, bit it was still fun to race around in my shopping cart haha. Great stuff.

What did you enjoy most about making it?

I actually quite like the game. The combination of racing and shooting works quite well and it feels pentathlon-ish.

Not too shabby. Graphics were ok, the idea great (biathlon) and the execution, well, very unfinished but gives the idea. I would have put more work on the movement mechanics all in all and done a few bug tests as they were quite prominent.

I laughed XD.
It is really fun. Technically, a few things are shaky, but we can feel it's a game made with pleasure!
Just a shame I wasn't able to end the race because one duck was missing.

@DjeyCreations if was missing only one duck :thinking: i think it went somehow past colliders even if there was useless doggo but you know you could change laps amountin the menu ? :grin:

Well that was a new kind of game, almost like a biathlon but with cars instead (shopping trolleys?)! Overall a game with plenty of content, menus and sound effects. I enjoyed it!

My favorite part was just shooting the gun. (I wasn't really sure what to shoot, but it was really satisfying :laughing:)

Fun game, but ducks are pretty hard to spot. Also, why do gamers hate guck so much? 🙁

This is why they call these genres incompatible. First of all, I am also a young teenager, so I'm glad to have you on board! The idea for this is a good one, and it fits the theme perfectly. I do wish you added some music. Also, the physics could use some work, and the AI could use a LOT of difficulty curbing to actually make the game winnable. Nice job modelling the ducks!

Good job! (PS - A suggestion for next year: keep it 2D! It's very hard to make 3d assets in such a short time AND program a game that's fun and doesn't have thousands of bugs. I know because I tried it and ended up using assets for all of the art in my game last Ludum dare, and the game STILL wasn't all that great.) Good luck!

@notpresident35 Thank you for feedback i added music but I dont know why it wasnt playing so :/ If you'd like to hear it you can download source code :) And i really wanted to keep it 2D because its really easier to make decent looking graphics but it wont fit the idea and then if i make 3D people take it more seriously because its really hard to make such many assets in 48hrs also i slept just more than 14hrs so ...

A nice entry! you're very young, so it's great that you just builded this up in a short compo time.

Nice work! A few technical issues, but honestly an interesting use of the theme and not something I would have ever come up with!
But honestly, the level design and the models were exceptional, even with the bugs (I managed to launch myself into the air somehow and spent some time flying around the map) you should be very proud of what you achieved.
And like I say, above all the actual design of the map was brilliant!

Great job - you have a bright future ahead of you since you got this game done in 48 hours and you are only 13. This is certainly better than some of the entries I have played today. There is a lot of good feedback above so I won't add to that, keep up the good work!

Actually the funniest game I have played all jam. Core gameplay idea is great, my only gripes are with the shooting as it feels innaccurate, maybe the reticle is just too big. Also need to be much faster Kappa

Cool racing game, the hunting was a bit weird and unexpected, had no idea why my camera changed and just did a lap like that

Love the SFX! Very nicely done, really! The controls are clunky, and the recoil of the weapon is too much, but the concept is there, and with a bit of polish you can improve the game a lot!

This was great! I laughed quite a lot while playing just from the strange situation alone. The sfx were super satisfying. Great work! Looking forward to your entries in the future!

This was a surprising entry, not what I was expecting, in a good way. A bit wonky driving but fun nonetheless.

Pretty decent game for the time constraint though. The shooting reminds me of those skiing events...

@Iak yea biathlon was my main inspiration ..

Its like a biathlon, just with motorized shopping carts and ducks! Funny idea! Als well executed for the short amount of time. The racing part feels a bit too slippy, and I managed to fly out of the track on a lap. Otherwise, good entry!

An interesting concept! Thoug I wasn't able to find the last duck...

And seeing the opponents jus zip past this shooting zone while I an stuck looking for a duck...

I really had to laugh when the race was started and also when the bugs appeared where you just drift apart from the track into the sky hahaha.
Obviously for a 13-year old this is a pretty good entry IMO. Also nice idea on the theme integration, I think this is a not so bad idea.

I love this game! The whole concept is really funny to me and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I love the idea for this game, and both the graphic and the sounds is fun. The game is a bit buggy, but it is fun game to play. Overall a well made LD game.

Congratulations for the game! The physics are a bit strange, it pitied having to kill the ducks standing still and in the other carts they had no pilots. The graphics are very good.
