Graveyard Shift by radmccool
Try to save as much money as you can. Caution, carrying money slows you down! So deposit as much as you can into the bank (the gold piggy banks). Try to get the highscore!
CONTROLS
WASD or Left Thumb-Stick ---- move
left mouse button or Right Trigger --- shoot
E or gamepad left face button ---- deposit coins into bank
Esc or START ---- Pause Game (and quit)
basically, for the theme i had the main activity make the game worse to play (collecting coins eventually makes you super slow). Added the piggy bank to make this loop and give an anti capitalist spin on things (the bank wins if you put all youre money in it)

ultimately though I found the winning strategy was to sit on the building, shoot some guys, kite the rest away, pick up then run to a deposit pig, only thing which got be was the occasional getting stuck on a zombie
I loved the fact that I could bank the money and jump around and shotgun people - The ragdoll physics were very satisfying too!
What I would wish for would be that the AI would still follow me even though I'm jumping high (they seem to just drift away otherwise)
A feature that would make the game more addictive would be that the money you put in the bank has intrest (builds up over time) and that you could increase the intrest rates to get more money, upgrade damage/jump height etc
Had alot of fun, thanks for making it
Cheers!
Also a smart way to implement a warmup section on top of the building.
Sound design is on point, ragdolls are always funny to watch haha
Great job
I wished the different color of the enemy would indicate how much they would endure instead they all semeed to be of equal health?
I really liked the shooting though, was fun and fast. Sounds were also good and the integration of the theme was also there.
All in all, solid entry!
Keep up the good work!
