This is a pretty fun idea but I'm pretty sure the second level is unbeatable. Correct me if I'm wrong. Some of the colliders didn't really match up to the visual scenery so it was a bit confusing. It was funny though. Nice work!

Neat idea but rough around edges. I agree that the second level appears to be very hard. Wish there was some movement animation and a little more audio variety. The quip for losing was funny though!

Fun idea, but it really needs restart from current level - not from the first one. Passed to 3-rd level, was bitten by dogs 5 times :)

I agree with other people: some balance work is needed and the controls could be a little more fluid. Still a solid and funny entry. Good job.

I had fun playing it, the idea is quite original! no physical tests in the fire dept eh? although graphics and music could be improved (although I can't get the music out of my head, lol!), what it needs most is improving collisions and not being so hard!! give us some lives, or checkpoints, please!!

I liked the animation as the fireman's belly wobbled up and down when he ran. This game was funny, and a little bit different. I agree with @Ferminho's comments about the collision detection, but it was refreshing to see such an original idea.

Nice idea, music is cool too. As others said, there's some issues with collisions and overall difficulty, but for a first LD it's a great job!

The idea is cool ! with only a few items and a simple mechanic, it is elegant. However, issues on the colliders make it pretty frustrating when the character is stuck with no evident reason. Nice job for the LD :)

Simple mechanic and interesting gameplay. You have done a great work in less than 72 hours. Sometimes I noticed some bugs with colliders. However I had fun playing. Well done ++

I really did feel too fat! So that came across nicely. but i was too fat and weak to complete the second level. The fire hose mechanic was very cool! really great job with that. not sure about the logic behind this, as usually the fire engine carries water and fire trucks just carry ladders and fire men. hydrant supply more water on sight in vicinity of the hydrant. Game jams don't need logic, that's just a personal preference. what if there were donuts or pastries you had to avoid that slowed you down and made you weaker and fatter. maybe a salad to give you strength back? the pick ups you had didn't really add to the game. Keep practicing with the art. It takes years just to get decent. so be patient, practice often, and like you've done here don't be afraid to show it to people. A good artist requires feedback as difficult as it can be to seek it. don't be afraid to use reference images or an already in use style to guide your artistic decisions. Great work doing this all on your own!

That was fun, i liked the design and animations of the fireman :D I liked the grass texture and the hose too :) Gameplay-wise i had a lot of trouble with the colliders it was quite frustrating. Anyway, original idea, well done !

It was funny :D Firefighter is a nice dude. I had problems with collision with fences and even with places without fences. It would be great if possible routes were more obvious. And the first screen is overloaded with text, in my opinion. Howbeit, it's a good job!
