Controls were a little wonky first starting (couldn't get mouse to turn me around, but eventually it kicked in).
don't forget to check out my game too :)
Graphically, the towers look very good. Elvises too - they have nice cartoonish feel. The map seems a lot simpler compared to the previous mentioned. Although I know how hard it can be to put a map together and make it (visually). Note, the coins have front-face culling (instead of back-face) - is that wanted behavior?
I missed some kind of rock'n'roll music in the background.
And of course, I was able to bug myself and let cannon throw me out of the map!

Keep up the good work!
@ZGragselus - The Front-face culling is because for some reason when i take a asset from Blender that has been made with a base of "Circle" or "Square" it does that. I noticed it right before submission time, and didn't know how long it was going to take to upload. So not intended.
I should put this in the description, and probably will, but this is actually the very first game i've ever attempted to do programming. This is also Matts first game ever. We're both really happy with how it came out, and have learned a lot from it. :)
I thought I was being clever by placing my turrets on top of the walls so they wouldn't get damaged by the Army of Elvis. But then they disappeared anyway. Much of the enjoyment for me in these games is building a clever defensive base, so having it just time out felt like a shame.
I really would have liked a couple more sound effects. The main turret getting damaged could have used a sound, small turrets timing out could have used one. All the things you don't necessarily see from your position, basically. (And for character, the Elvis should of course make a typical uh-huh-huh sound. :stuck_out_tongue:)
Also, in the main menu I checked my controls, and the way back to the main menu was called [quit], which was confusing. :wink:
Overall a good job for first-time programming! I hope my comments are helpful.
As for the actual feed back;
Turrets aiming default, for the life of me i couldn't figure out what that was, but your Right, it was the world origin. Thanks!
The main turret shooting above the elvis. Early on we noticed that, i manage to fix it. But then it broke again some how, and the original fix wasn't working. Ran out of time in the polishing stage to finish bug checking.. :'(
The issue with the small turrets going away, was actually programmed the same as the big turret. Was just a duplicate. So i couldn't figure out why the smaller ones, would sometimes randomly go away, but the big one wasn't. The idea was to give the small ones health, so the player couldn't just block a walk way, and the elvis bug out. But the issue we ran into with that was the damage modifier of them. I couldn't figure out how to make it so that the elvis would only hit it, if in the way. So in the end we had to go with if the elvis gets in their field, they take damage ever (x) seconds.
For the sounds, again this was a time restraint :'( I wanted to put a bunch of elvis quotes in.. sadly, i couldn't.
I think both of us are wanting to make a legit tower deffence game, and plan to keep working on this one, to polish our code. :) So your feed back helps alot!
