Drive an electric bus as far as you can!

You are a test driver for the brand new Teslabus. Your goal is to drive the bus as far as possible, but beware - your batteries are very limited and there are some hazardous obstacles along the way.

Use the battery indicator arrow at the top of the screen to see where the next battery will come from.

not a bad game i think you should try to be a bit more inovative

It felt a little random because there was no time to see what was coming.

It was quite fun even if it felt more like gambling. The battery indicator worked mostly but not all the time.
I made 470 points do i get a cookie now? :)

Simple and fun.
As Johnny said, to eliminate the luck factor, a bigger view would have been good.

Nice theming. I had trouble reading the icons - the game moves quite fast! The action might be better seen on a taller screen, or if it went left-to-right instead.

It was reaaaly satisfying when i got going insanely fast.

It was much more intense than I expected ! I kept getting faster and picking up stuff I didn't know the utility. It was a mess, but kind of enjoyable ! I think it give the game a weird charm. I had fun playing it, clearly. An intense music over the insane gameplay would have been perfect, but it's a great game. Good job !

I tend to agree with the others for drawbacks:

- not enough vision in front of the bus

- and expecting the player to learn about effects with trial & errors is not the best gameplay

Still, it works flawlessly and the balance is nice.

Bonus points for a clean source code that doesn't use one gazillion libraries.

Nice! I like simple games with easy controls!

As previous players said, it could be better if it was a little bit slower.

It's a really nice simple game and the particle effects + screenshake really improve the experience and make up for the lack of audio by giving that feedback! Nice game!

Edit: Turns out my Autoplay disabler extention was breaking HTML5 game audio. I have adjusted my rating sorry. I like the sound effects, but I think a small background track would improve the game a lot. Nice job!

Nice little infinite runner although there a few things i an critique. If the playing field was a little taller it would be much easier to play as you could anticipate things coming your way a lot easier. I felt like at a point i would gain so much speed i would get caught in a look of being stuck from the bad pickups and would lose. It would also be nice if there was a little explanation of the pickup symbols just to give the player a heads up. All in all a fun game. Good job!

I agree with the rest of the reviewers, its hard to see obstacles coming.

Other than that, keep making games and keep up the good work!

Great little entry! :)

It was pretty hard to see everything coming and properly react. I also didn't like the powerups that locked me in place because they forced me to hit some bad obstacles and miss power. The particle effects looked nice. I'm not sure if it's a bug, but I didn't get any audio. If it doesn't have any audio mark it out of the audio ratings please. :P

Reminded me of https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/39/tank-empty

Anyway, good job!

As some others have said, I really like the shake and particle fx. Usually when I see simpler graphics I don't expect to see extra special effects but you proved me wrong.

Really nice game, with fun particle effects. Mechanics are fun, but game gets very hard pretty fast.

That's a nice little game. Unfortunately it feels more like you have to have a big portion of luck. Maybe it would have been better to make the screen vertically bigger. :0)

Nice game! The controls are very smooth and it's fun to play. Sometimes the powerups/powerdowns make the bus uncontrollable, causing you to pick up even more powerups that make the bus uncontrollable again.

Overall very well made!

This is a really fast and cool game! It's funny to play but quite randomly, especialy on very high speed. Maybe the game would be more manageable if there were some kind of radar or increased size of the screen, as mentioned above.

so confusing because you don't know what's happening

Not bad but the bus does not move nearly fast enough given how far ahead you can('t) see!

Am I supposed to avoid everything else except the batteries? It sure seems like it!

i found it pretty hard and i couldn't figure out what the the green arrow was for at first it seemed like it pointed to the closest battery but sometimes three or four batteries wold appear in other lanes before the one in that lane would appear
