i can't play it, can't find unity.dll, you might want to repackage and reupload it

The art is really cute and for some reason I found the little pop sound from when you kill someone to be so satisfying. Nice :)

Hey @ghen. You have to unzip the folder out of the .rar file. After that you can usually start the game with the FlamevsWater.exe.

I hope I could help you.

I like the style of your pictures.
But for me, use the mouse to launch projectiles is not easy. I don't know shows. Ahah ! :)
It's in the theme too, and enemies seems like Princess Flame in Adventure Time. :D

The art is really well made and gives the game a nice vibe. The concept of the game is quite good, the fire left behind by the killed enemies really makes the game a challenge. A possible improvement/gamemode could be where the player is able to put out these fires (but because of the time wasted on getting surface area back, more enemies will spawn)

Overall quite a nice game :D

I like it! The characters look very cute! The game definitely achieves the theme of running out of space when the dlame enemies die and leave fire on the floor so you have to strategically kill them so that all the fire is in one place. A good simple basic shooter.

That's a solid and pretty fun LD entry :) ! Well done ! The game also fits very nicely with the theme of the jam, and that cartoony, cute artstyle is super :) ! Keep it up, cheers !

Like many others who have played your game, the art style is really cute! The gameplay was easy to understand, and the game was relatively polished and feature complete. Keep up the good work!

Cool and Hard Game! I really like the art but the gameplay is really nothing new. Also it would be more enjoyable with sound effects. But other than that good job! Also if you played my team's game that would be very much appreciated: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/42/crumble-1

I didn't realize that I was running out of space the first time around, but once I put two and two together I started playing way more strategically. Had a good time trying to see how far I could get. Great game!

Pretty neat. Did you try making the "dead" fire block your shots? That would have added an extra mechanical element (would need to re-tune the difficulty though). Good job

Hey @hive-mind, I am happy that you had a good time playing it! How far did you get? :D

Wow! Really good for your first game. It might be cool to have the flames actually change in style when you hit them. Instead of having the health above there head you could shrink the body of them down to smaller sizes with each hit.

We had the same idea my friend :) And my first game for ludum dare as well!

Thank you @wavertron. Yeah I have the option to "shoot" these fire blocks away but I deactivated. I thought it wouldn't fit to the Theme. But I will continiue to develop this game and create more "Push-Ups" or weapons to have more fun. I made this game "a bit" hard because you wouldn't have enjoyed easy survival-game ;)

Hahaha I saw it @datyak. But you had time to add upgrades, well done. I wanted to have a few upgrades too but I underrated the time xD

A very polished game for the compo! The art is very distinctive and the game feels satisfying. I just wished I could have more to do: a few abilities or different guns would go a long way. I hope you are able to continue to add to the game!

Very fun game with a nice twist, though I felt is should have been the fire trying to fend off the water.

Wow, it's hard! But I like it <3 Nice style and idea. I also like the art. I'm sure I'm gonna play this game during my free time even after LD will be finished.

Bit simple and repetitive. Loved the concept and think it worked well.

Cool entry, would have been cooler to make the enemies tougher, so you're forced to move more often, because I juste played as a turret during most of my playthrough ^^

The graphics are cute, and the game works as it should (which I think is an accomplishment.) I'll bet this would be easier with a controller than trying to manage walking and aiming on my laptop trackpad. I found your game from your post on someone's blog entry asking for web games. I wish people would label their links as having an HTML5 version. I would have skipped over this one because I don't have a Windows computer.

I like your graphics pretty much, the characters looked awesome.
I had some problems with the control when I got hit, the movement got lock. I missed a way to destroy the fire after the bad guy died, just to clean the space.
