This is one of the best entries I've seen so far this year. I had an issue that I couldn't look around since I don't have a VR headset, but thankfully it played alright with just WASD. If you added mouselook control, this would make the game playable by a much wider audience. First person puzzle games are very popular right now, and who doesn't love giant hamster balls? Keep working on this and you may have a killer app for the Oculus."},{"author_name":"tentacode","author_uid":"60185","time":"Apr 20, 2016 @ 10:54am","epoch":1461149340,"text":"Could not test it (don't have an omni and my dk2 is broken) but still voting for support! I drew a device like the Omni in my teens and now apparently it's real? I had no idea. Thanks for that!\r<br\/>\r<br\/>I don't just lack that or VR goggles — I don't even run Windows — so I can't play this in any shape or form at all, but I felt I needed to drop a comment anyway. You have been very brave to develop for VR! I tried on webplayer and it seems it would be very funy to play with VR.\r<br\/>Is there an option to make a build for mobile and controller? This is probably because colliders of the cubes are too small, since the ball doesn't clip on the fences or gates (the tunnels' colliders are very weird though, might want to take a look at that ;) ).\r<br\/>\r<br\/>However, since the bugs are very small and by no means game breaking, I don't think it's worth giving it a star penalty. Especially since the game is so innovative and I find it very impressive that so much has been done in a game jam!"},{"author_name":"denycetm","author_uid":"26732","time":"Apr 26, 2016 @ 9:41pm","epoch":1461706560,"text":"Looked awesome. Using his hamster magic, you are now confined to a hamster ball and must roll your way out of this one. \r\n\r\nThis game was specifically designed to be used with the Oculus DK2 and the Virtuix Omni. I know not a lot of you have the DK2 and much less the Omni, however this was a fun little game that we took on to prove we could do it. 72 hours and we've got one of the first Game Jam games to be made specifically for the Virtuix Omni! \r\n\r\nPretty exciting eh? Yeah... we're having a BALL over here.\r\n\r\nMade with Unity, Maya & Photoshop\r\n\r\n=====EDIT=====\r\n\r\nWe made a Web Port of our game since not many people have DK2 or an Omni. This post-jam edit has some fixed bugs and textures so remember not to vote on behalf of the updated changes.\r\nControls are:\r\nArrows or WASD for movement and mouse for looking.\r\nEscape to regain mouse control, click in environment to hide mouse.\r\n\r\n","title":"Just Roll With It"}
