Love the idea of going faster the better you do and so automatically adjusting to your skill level.
The movement is a bit simplistic though, having the ball behave more like a ball that rolls around might have given it a better feel.

Interesting running game, but I got a major bug that I would always die when restarting...
Enjoyed the tron-like feel.

@sir-daniev Yeah, you have to refresh the page to properly restart - I probably should have tested that.

Yeah, adjusting speed accordingly to power is a nice touch, the game was fun but a bit repetitive

What I liked:

- fun graphics

- title music put a smile on my face

- solid gameplay foundation

What doesn't work as well:

- the music seemed to speed up every time you gained a point which meant it quickly reached the speed limit. IMO it would have worked better if the music speed percent was equal to the percent power left

- there are so many pickups in the level that avoiding all of the bad ones is impossible, which feels like an unfair punishment for moving quickly

@crass-sandwich Thanks for the feedback! The music speed, in the range 0..1, is actually `power * speedMultiplier`, and `speedmultiplier` starts at 1, with 0.1 added every half second - so it should slow down as you run out of power, but if you are too far through the game, `speedMultiplier` will probably make the sound too fast - perhaps I should have made the music speed up more slowly.

What fun! A very simple concept executed very well. Very simple music track, but I really enjoyed how its tempo and pitch was linked to your speed. Very cool texture for the walls. Ball looks a little weird though. You made the little boxes look surprisingly good with the visual effects on them. Cool game. :)

The game was enjoyable and very straight-forward. If there was more time it would have been fun to add more content (maybe enemies or pick-ups with abilities) to keep things interesting. Still, I liked the game a lot; thanks for making it!

Pretty simple concept, done well. I will say it might have been nice to have less abrasive sound effects if you're picking up blocks as fast as you are. Once it gets past a certain speed, it seems like largely luck as to avoiding anything after that.

I enjoyed playing, I liked that the music sped up and slowed down depending on your current energy level. I wish I could have viewed my score as I was playing instead of just at the end.

Really good idea, the pitch based on power effect was really awesome and added a lot to the game because keeping track of the battery in the bottom left corner can be hard when you have to watch out for obstacles.

I just wish that the purple obstacles that you needed to avoid were a bit more distinct colour and something with a lot of contrast to the other colours so that you don't accidentally run into a bunch of purple blocks.

Still I enjoyed playing the game but having a leaderboard would make it even more fun. It is an easy way to improve your games especially with a tool like dreamlo.com

EDIT:
I just realized I were supposed to avoid the red blocks and not the purple ones haha. Maybe using a different shape for the red blocks could help because I forgot which ones to avoid.

I like how the music changes based on your battery level. It makes it really clear how well you're currently doing. I wish that the blocks were spaced out in more of a pattern though. Also how many battery units do the red blocks take off? Just so I know whether or not to take a hit if it means I can get the +5 directly behind a red. Overall, great game.

This was a fun little game! Design-wise, it is hard to avoid the obstacles and they don't hurt you too much, so at some point you stop caring too much about avoiding them; Try to add easy to dodge obstacles with a big punishments to keep the player's interest. Having said that, the way the speed of the game and the music are linked together was really nice : )

Nice fun game, with a nice take on the theme and a simple gameplay that the music complimented very well.

Good job

The dynamic audio fits perfectly! The game is pretty hard but makes you wanna play more!

Great entry - it felt tough but fair. The graphics were cool and the changing audio was neat. I liked having to make tradeoffs in the moment-to-moment gameplay between picking up the +5s while hitting the negative ones.

Ouch! It's hard to control this sphere! I'm very bad at runners, and I can't outpass 2800~ points, but it was fun to retry again and again, trying to do better (in vain… did I mention yet that I'm bad with runners?). I think it would still be challenging with a little less red squares, with the improvment of a longest play, and so, much fun - but good job anyway!
