The core idea is sound, I liked how you conveyed such detail with just cubes. The noises, oh the noises. Awesome job.

Loved the sound effects! This game screams "I need rapid fire!".
Well done!

The mechanic was cool and the sound effects were funny, but closer to 100 score sound gets really loud.
Graphics improvement would have made it even more enjoyable, and also I feel the game needs a reason to get higher score(because **at the moment it feels like higher score = worse**)

Loved the audio and sound effects you added. Great game for an 8-hour entry, although as I got further into the game the zombie noises became somewhat overwhelming. The core gameplay was simple and compelling, although a full auto gun would have made it much more immersive. May I suggest that you consider making a WebGL build as I'm sure it would run just fine and would expose your game to as many people as possible.

I have a weird error when I try to build to WebGL, the build never ends and a window opens and closes until I restart the computer u.u

Very well implemented - especially in the time you used!
It looked great and everything worked really well. I loved the simple but effective aesthetic and the static filter.
Sadly more zombies didn't really mean more challenge due to the AI, but I'm sure given more time it could be crafted into something really fun!

10/10 for zombie sounds!

8 hours of work, some cubes, some stairs, some capsules, some shaders and some sounds. So little is needed to make game playable and climatic. Well done.

The sound is a little bit hard - a little - but made all of us laugh for a fair bit. I think the difficulty could also be tweaked a little, as I had to suicide myself not to die of old age.

I listen to you guys! :D I have fixed the sound issue, now maximum 10 zombies have "voice" :p

No way you made this in eight hours! That's so cool!
Would have been much better if I could move the guy with the keyboard.

I did it like this so it could easily be ported to android. But both the android and webgl builds are failing me, probably because of the post processing stack

I liked this game! It was a good zombie game, and only 8 hours haha Nice!

It is certainly a great game for 8 hours. I think it should have a bit more pace and variety though.

It's really choppy framerate for me, but overall fun. Having click to move and fire felt pretty clunky sometimes, I'd rather have a arrows + mouse aim or something. But a great beginning and a good use of simple components in a stylish way.

Just tested the game and it works fine on Mac but the frame rate isn't very good, so glad to see some mac builds I can play! All and all nice game with pretty funny sounds great submission for 8 hours.

I like the way the game is. It feels like I can't kill the zombies or they're really overpowered. The mechanics are good, but could have been easier to use WASD to move.

The outlines on the game objects looks really good, in fact I think it might be the only game where I really like it, great job!

The zombie takes a little too much hits to kill, and added with the slow movement and the constant need to reload, it gets a little tedious. And you can pickup HP even when ur HP looks full, unless from what I suspect, the HP bar is not representative of how many HP you actually have internally. There are some visual feedback that you are hitting the zombie, but once ur in the water, the water obscures the visual, so its hard to see if I'm hitting the zombies on the water or not. I think the best improve is to have zombies with lesser HP and thus it becomes faster to be overwhelmed by zombies and make the game shorter.

you're right, I will fix those 3 issues. Bullets more damage, more bullets in clip and not being able to pick up hp if full

I have fixed all the issues:
1.- Bullets do twice more damage
2.- More bullets in clip (25)
3.- You can't pick up health if your health is at maximum
4.- Visual feedback of zombie being hit is shown higher so it can be seen in the water.
5.- Highscore is now saved and loaded.

This is really like a zombie movie! I can survive but death is coming slowly.

Nice game, although it indeed is a little bit hard to decide wether to kill or not. I'd like the addition of an additional statistic that would make this decision easier (like karma) :) Thanks for the game!

i felt like i was going to conqure the world. I'd be an unstoppable EV or whatever that flying robot's name was. Then i shot the first zombie. Odd it didn't die. then i tried again to see if there was something wrong with my weapon. OH NO. then i realized... THEY multipllllllyyyyyyyyy aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. So i tried to live as long as i could and shoot allz of them. got 175 or something. :D nice. :)

Awesome and special art. A small fun game. Looks very nice. However I suggest review the mechanic as there's no incentive for me not to kill zombies. Even when I kill them all I'll gain is increasd number of zombies. There's no points for decision making nor is the result related to your skill. Overall it's good as is completed in 8 hours.

Nice game! I included it in my Ludum Dare 40 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K5HW0fYwhN4
