A massive international corporation called the Global Indexing Foundation is reaching new records for tracking nearly every persons activities in their daily lives. Will you just stand by and watch, or will you act?

I apologize for the lack of music, sound effects, and ambiance; I usually put a lot of effort into audio, but this time I had to focus on the story and puzzles this time around.

I also definitely get that it doesn't strictly follow the theme, it's mostly just in the undertones of what the G.I.F. is involved with: selling people's private data.

I enjoyed it a lot. Tbh, I think you got all the audio necessary. It was like playing an easy to access Hacknet or Uplink in mood. Enjoyed the vibe. GJ

I really liked this game! The graphics and simulated desktop are really cool. Probably one of my favorites that I've played so far.

@t-bo Thank you for checking it out! Glad you enjoyed it.

@shadowhaxz0r Thanks! It was definitely tricky to get all of that done in time.

@corgiram Hey, glad to hear that; thanks!

@yvanor Thank you! I was worried that the story was potentially too confusing, glad it came across well.

I found the puzzles pretty easy, to be honest haha but I'm used to this kind of games, I like them a lot and you did a great one! I also love the desktop, the chat system, the entry points thing, it is not something extraordinary, but it actually adds something very interesting to the game, and without that it would not have been the same. Plus, it is overall polished and has a great feeling! That's a great entry!

Just finished the game, the puzzles were just as hard as they needed to be in my opinion, I had a hard time with the last ones! The game is very well made, the whole UI is very good-looking and user friendly. I really don't think the abscence of music deducted from the game, it's a normal thing for a computer interface.

@saering Thank you very much! I tried to make sure the puzzles weren't too terribly difficult so that people who just want to experience the story could do so even if they're not very good at puzzle solving.

@kostasvs Glad you like it! I've had the idea of doing a game based in a fake OS for a while now, and I thought this would be a good chance to experiment with making something like that.
