Global High Score Board

Can you post the top score?

Use WASD or Arrows to pilot your ship. Space bar to shoot falling blocks, "don't run out of space" Hint: Bouncing off of things creates a 1 second cool down for your gun (try not to do that!)

I like the Highscore list and the mechanic that you stop shooting if you collide very much. Good work!!

Nice game. The ship was a little bit hard to control, but maybe that was inteded. Good job!

It would be cool if the bullets broke the individual blocks that make up the tetroids. Cool game.

Very cool game! Simple and addicting. However, I did find out that some blocks spawn inside of each other and kinda glitch out.

The field is too big for my monitor. I played twice before I realized I could see the bottom by scrolling down. When my ship goes above the top border, it never comes back down. I can hear the gun when I 〈space bar〉, but I can't get the ship back. It takes too many bullets to take out a block. Overall, this is way more than I could do in the same amount of time, so I respect that.

Multiplayer highscore is impressive, for some reason this game is pretty fun despite its total simplicity. Nice work.

Nice idea! It would be nice to have a restart button too, especially at the moments when you got buried under a pile of blocks and can't shoot because they squeezed the triangle right to the bottom)

Nice game and fun. Good take on theme, pretty creative little game. I like the mechanic where you cant shoot if you hit an object, multiplayer highscore was a good touch makes people want to replay the game to go up in the scoreboard. Only thing I can critique is the graphics are very plain not exciting, but the music and sound are good.

The game was unique and challenging.

Liked the idea. Definitely chanllenging with the need of aiming while maintaining the ship in the air. Maybe it's me, but I found the difficulty curve a bit too high. A bit after the begginning I was barely able to keep up. Maybe a free aim with the mouse while flying with WASD would soften the difficulty.
Good work nonetheless. And the online highscore is definitely a good detail!

Interesting idea how to innovate tetris. Can be very addictive and I really like that you add some restrictions to the shooting, because they can get you, them blocks! :) Good job

Really fun and a great play on the theme/genre! I don't have much to add on to what the others have said; mouse controls and a restart button would be great. Maybe in place of a restart button, even just giving you one little "explosion" or something that can break you out when you're stuck, maybe recouping after so many block destroys. Not sure it's worth the time put in, though. WASD + Mouse would definitely be the best fun:cost implementation.

Really awesome concept and a solid implementation!

Nice mashup of classic games, and it suits the theme to boot. This kind of game would *really* benefit from some more game juice, though. The tetroids exploding instead of disappearing, bullet hitsounds on the tetroids, etc. I like the suggestion @chillen has of some kind of feature where you can make some space around you - perhaps on a cooldown so you can't spam it.

The music is decent, the sound effects that are there are a little too minimal for my tastes, the graphics look very suitable, though I am not a fan of the grey background colour. All in all, I had fun!

That was a nice touch to add a db for storing high scores. It really gives something to shoot for (pun intended).
