Using space technology to move furniture! In the story part of this game which I never made, it is revealed that you are running a moving company called Out of Space.

Game created using Excalibur.js

There are some bugs I was unable to solve. I wonder if there might be a problem with the engine I used related to clicking things that move around. I give up.

Useful workaround: When there are two thrusters attached to an object, first move one, then drag from the empty space where the first one used to be in order to move the other one.

Edit: Fixed bug on the "you win" screen. Edit2: Fixed bug where game did not load in production.

Very fun and interesting concept, giving a chance to play around with some physics. The controls are a bit hard to use, especially when there's multiple thrusters on a single object.

The walls and floor are completely invisible on Firefox for some unknowable reason. Works fine on Chromium, but positioning the two thrusters on the sofa is a royal pain in the arse. I really enjoy the concept though. Unfortunately, the best I managed to do was a sofa that whirls around at amazing speeds. 10/10, would attach thrusters to furniture again.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I don't see how you run out of space in this one, though perhaps the walls grow more restrictive in later levels.

@lumos I tried to fix a bug with moving the thrusters, and spent a lot of time on that. Originally I had planned for there to be a story, which revolves around a moving company called "out of space".

The thrusters were a bit difficult to move, but that aside it was a pretty fun entry.

I couldn't do a thing in the game.

cool concept. I thought some of the physics for multiple thrusters could use some imprevement.

I think this would be a very cool game if some of the issues are worked out. As others have noted, the input bugs with the 2 engines is the biggest issue. It would also be nice if after resetting the thrusters would be at the same place instead of going to the default places. This would allow you to make small adjustments in your set up. I would like it if you kept working on this, because the core of the game is really solid, and can be a fun web/mobile game.

Your game is very nice to play. The general impact is positive.
As a professional game dev I would suggest... just kidding haha
Nonetheless, if you want to work on this project more I suggest making a difficulty incresing algorithm.
Graphics - very nice. Controls are also working very well.
Maybe you could also take a glimpse at my game? I already enlarged it into a wholesome Android game :)

Whoa cool! It made me dizzy though.

Cool but struggled to get past 3rd level. It wasn't clear at first that the leftmost thruster on the couch couldn't be moved (at least for me...) and I couldn't figure out how to place it to beat the level.

Cool original concept. I had a lot of trouble getting past level 3 even though I tried many times. Found it very challenging. Not sure if I could move the second thruster but I did not figure out how if I could.

This was fun to play (though maybe on the difficult side at times). It reminds me of like physics simulators and things along those lines.

This is a fun mechanic, but gets a bit fiddly. One thing that would help a lot would be if, after resetting, the thrusters didn't go back to their "home" position but instead stayed where they were - I found a number of times I'd say "oh, that just needs to go a bit to the right" or whatever, but finding that position was really difficult when I had to start from scratch - especially when there gets to be multiple items to move.

Nice entry with interesting game mechanics! Unfortunately everything goes wrong with two engines: I can move the first engine but not the second one. I click it, but nothing happens

@walnoot @rjhelms I know man. I tried. :P
@candlesan @kpded I tried to write a quick workaround in the description.
@eric-kulbiej sorry, I only checked back in today.

Thanks everyone for rating me. I didn't expect to get enough ratings to be placed. It was a pleasant surprise. :)
